Two incredibly seamless Jeep purchases thanks to Franco After visiting many dealerships of other car/SUV manufacturers, I never felt comfortable making a final decision, and it wasn't because I didn't like After visiting many dealerships of other car/SUV manufacturers, I never felt comfortable making a final decision, and it wasn't because I didn't like the SUV's; I didn't have a good feeling about the dealership. My decision became very simple once I visited WP Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge. I was buying 2 cars (1 lease) so I was there quite a bit; they seemed more like family (trustworthy) than a "Dapper Dan" just trying to sell me a car. When my lease was up I knew I wanted to lease the same model car so I found what I wanted on their website and was put in touch with Franco Lombardo and he was amazing. We basically did everything by text. A huge snowstorm and the freezing cold did not deter him from making the hike to the garage down the road and taking about 100 pictures from every possible angle to make sure it was exactly what I wanted. We never even met until I went in to sign the papers, not like me at all, but he had a very nice way about him (loyal and trustworthy). So when I was in the market for yet another car, I did everything I could to convince my husband that another Jeep Wrangler was a good idea. We needed it quickly and I knew Franco would help in any way to get it done as efficiently and professionally as possible. He's the best as is this dealership. I believe the way you are treated comes from the top down and in my experience, this owner's values are evident in the people who work there. TY Franco, I'll be back......LD More
