Recalls done the easy way. I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. The mileage is very low and I ride my motorcycle most of the time, so I wasn't in a rus I had accumulated 3 recalls on my new 2019 Ram since purchase. The mileage is very low and I ride my motorcycle most of the time, so I wasn't in a rush. Set up the appointment, took my truck in to Crystal for the write up. She double checked to make sure any parts required were available so I left it for a few hours. Job done and I was called to let me know my Ram was ready to pick up. I, myself, many years ago worked as a Service Adviser so I think I qualify to evaluate my visit to the service department. Getting an appointment:Easy. Drop off and write up: Easy. Notification of completed work: Great. Work done: Done well. Attitude of all I encountered: Outstanding and knowledgeable. It was like being taken care of by family. More

She took the time to understand the intermittent problem I was having and engaged Brent Mattson, service manager to assist. Brent and Rachel worked with the technicians to resolve my issue, updated me accordingly and really went above and beyond. Through the week long process Rachel Wright exemplified herself as a true professional, a knowledgeable service advisor and a genuinely nice person. When the repair was complete, Brent went over what had been done, explaining everything and made sure I was happy. I didn’t buy this truck from Tasca, but because of Rachel and Brent you can be sure I will buy the next one there. Thank you both. More

Thermostat Rip Off I had to bring my 2012 fist 500 in because of a service code only the dealer could read. They sis it was the thermostat needing replacement and coolant too. They overcharged me by at least $400 I found out later. They also told me the front shock was bad and needed replacement. That I refused to do and later found out the shock was fine and didn’t need replacing. More
