Thermostat Rip Off I had to bring my 2012 fist 500 in because of a service code only the dealer could read. That I refused to do and later found out the shock was fine and didn’t need replacing. More
Misleading service Update: Spoke to general manager Steve Lawrence this morning and he quickly refunded the amount I was charged and apologized for what had happened. Called a week ago to ask what they charge to replace a thermostat in a Jeep. After a few questions, was told there was a firmware update and to bring in the vehicle and this would be taken care of at no cost. If this didn’t solve the issue, they would replace the thermostat also at no cost because of the warranty. Not once was I told there might be any costs. Dropped the vehicle off this morning at 8. Was told it would be around 4-5 hours. 4 hours later I get a call and am told that my vehicle is not covered and the thermostat needs to be replaced. Chrysler was called and they would allow me to pay half price. Half price is $350+! The reason is that my engine isn’t the engine that is covered. Why wouldn’t you check the account to see exactly what the vehicle had before telling the customer it was covered? Lazy!!! I was so upset that I told them to not touch the vehicle and that I will go elsewhere. Upon arriving back at the dealership, the person I had dealt with when making the appointment and drop off wasn’t there. Another employee waited on me and led me to the cashier counter. At this point I’m wondering why? I’m then hit with a $140 diagnostics fee that I also was NOT told about at ANY time! The service person then disappeared without even answering my question. The cashier was nice but I had no choice but to pay. I had even called the service manager before coming back. I was talked over and told repeatedly that their employees are trained to tell customers that there may be associated costs. I have a tip for you...put your employees back in training because I was NEVER told at any time that I’d be charged anything. I suppose I’m supposed to know this or guess it on my own. Grieco used to pull this stuff and from what I have heard, they got in some trouble which caused Tasca to take over. Makes no difference. Same stuff is happening either way. Won’t be going here anymore for my Jeep. Disgusted with this today. Wasted a week on this and could have had the vehicle repaired elsewhere for much cheaper than the half price I was quoted. More

When I contacted the dealer to address the problem the dealership had been sold to Tasca. I spoke to Brent Mattson, a service advisor. He sympathized with our problem and set an apt. to fix properly. Brent was perhaps one of the most responsive service advisors I have yet to encounter. He followed up with me and made sure our car was fixed properly and even addressed a couple other issues at no charge. I recommend Tasca for both purchasing a vehicle and service but I especially want to note the professionalism and attention to detail that Brent provided us. Because of him our experience was truly exceptional! More
2012 Dodge Challenger SRT Belt issue I had a noise coming from under the hood of my 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8. After pulling over I notice the belt was slipping and making noise as well I had a noise coming from under the hood of my 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8. After pulling over I notice the belt was slipping and making noise as well as fluid leaking from the power steering pump. I called AAA and had it flat bedded to Grieco Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. I spoke to Brent in the service department and he wrote up the car with the issues I stated. I have a Maximum care plan thru Chrysler. I was fully kept in the loop what was going on with it. I was asked to come in and take a look at a few things that went wrong when the belt malfunctioned. I met with the service manager and also the mechanic and Brent and all where great with explaining what happened. I left and received a phone call later that afternoon stating the car was fixed and ready for pick up. I went down right away and paid what was due and left very impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the visit. I have also purchased 2 jeeps from this dealership and every time have had nothing less then a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle. Thank you. I initially came in for recall servicing and an oil change. I had to come in a week later for the car to be worked on and then I noticed a knocking sound again. She worked with me each step of the way to ensure excellent customer service. I'm an assistant store manager and if I were her boss, I'd make sure she got a promotion because her attention to detail, compassion and knowledge that sets her apart from the rest. She is very professional and works swiftly to get your appointment taken care of, especially since my schedule is so crazy. Being the first time going there I didn't know what to expect. The people working in service were very prompt in checking me in and brought my vehicle in the service bay within 15 minutes Also a pleasant surprise was having my van washed even though I didn't purchase it there(wish I had) Would I go there again YES.....The only down side is I wish the TV was tuned in to the MLB Channel unstead of the today show. While that show is ok for the first few hours come 10:00 when Kelly Ripa came on I had to go in the other room,can't stand the spoiled little BRAT More
Awful attitudes from Dana I got brand new 2014 jeep grand cherokee, 3 days later, driver side cv axle boot got leaked and put grease all over on the wheel, suspension component I got brand new 2014 jeep grand cherokee, 3 days later, driver side cv axle boot got leaked and put grease all over on the wheel, suspension components... backordered... 5 days later and fixed but didn't bother to clean the grease which my salesman felt bad and took it for a wash. few weeks later, passenger side failed... I claimed them that i refuse leave jeep there until part arrives (lesson learned) and they replaced it and didn't bother to clean too. Which I told them to clean and they just did use garden hose... One thing i really HATE to go there, for instance, I got an appointment at 10am and I checked in on the time... but jeep still parks for other good 1-2 hours and finally got it in the garage for other 2 -3 hours. That blew my mind off... Dana (the service manager) he has AWFUL attitudes to customers as well.. I asked Chrysler LLC to open the case and talk with him but Chrysler case manager said he could see that he has bad attitudes when he was talking to him and no action taken? Not even suspension or warn with notice for his awful attitude? More
Worse service in History I called to have service on my 2014 Ram 25004x4 crew cab on Monday and received a scheduled appointment for 8 am. on Wednesday. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday night before the appointment so they would have it first thing as I work out of state. My wife receives a call the day before the appointment as a reminder of the appointment. I was informed by service dept. that I would be called regarding what was wrong with the truck at some point during the day and what the best course of action would be to repair it( it is still under warranty). I never got any calls so I called at 12:30pm, and was told someone would get right back to me. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. I call dealer again at 3:15pm and was told the same thing, except this time , I told them " good cause I"m coming to pick it up". Again, never got a call back. Upon arriving, I see my vehicle pulling out of the dealer lot. I go into service area and ask about the truck and they haven't even touched it after it has been there all day FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT !!!!! By now I am really aggravated and the service advisor tells me that they cannot recreate the problem that I told them about and theres nothing they can do. When I dropped off the truck the night before, I spoke to the service advisor and said to change whatever fluid needed to be done(after the call I was supposed to receive to give authorization). So now the service advisor tells me I have to make an appointment to have the rearend serviced....wasn't it there already for that? Then they have the xxxxx to charge me $120.00 for diagnostic time...when I saw the truck leaving the lot!!! I have owned many new vehicles and have never had a problem, until this dealership.. I have nothing good to say about them. And I will NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!! Also, when I went to speak with the service manager,,, he couldn't speak with me cause his throat was sore. I call xxxxxxxx,,,,cause while walking around by his office earlier he was laughing it up with someone in there and I heard it all..... More
