Josh treated my car like I do. My husband had a blanket on my seat and the floor mat wrapped in a bag and he didn’t laugh or joke about it. He respected us and my car. on my seat and the floor mat wrapped in a bag and he didn’t laugh or joke about it. He respected us and my car. More
Was promised "prompt" ride to work upon arrival for service. Waited over 10 minutes before being greeted inside of building. Auto service garage door not functioning, no TASCA personnel inside or at ga service. Waited over 10 minutes before being greeted inside of building. Auto service garage door not functioning, no TASCA personnel inside or at garage/service reception. Had to explain the nature of my visit, and then was told information that was opposite to what I was told when setting up the appointment. Once "service" was set up, I was then told it would 8/10 minutes before shuttle returned to dealership after having been there for almost a 1/2 hr up to that point. I then chose to walk in lieu of a ride to work so I was not late to work. I work about a 1 mile to a 1 mile and half from the dealership. The oil change and tire rotation was preformed (~$95, IMO a rip off for what I got, and then charged $4.95 cents for a "parts" fee, which was just insult to injury- a pure rip off) How do you get away with charging a misc fee to take parts from "your" parts department. The one redeeming point to the visit, and I had to request it even though it had been expressed in the first service call (Kayla)to set the appointment up, and then (Jose) earlier when I left the vehicle, was they brought the vehicle to my place of employment as I was working later than your dealership was open. Amongst all of that, the initial reason for my service request was for 'ticking' I hear in the top of the engine, so they were supposed to "listen" and make an educated guess to if the overhead cam was the source of the 'ticking". All Jose said was the technician would not "guess" and that I would be subject to the labor associated to breaking down the top half of the engine to assess where the problem might be. Once again, NOT what I was told when I originally set up the appointment. Don't your service techs use an automotive stethoscope to get a more accurate listen? I've been told, and read, that at other JEEP dealerships, that's their primary tool at assessing above issue. More

He also gave me a pen :) He was very professional but friendly. very helpful. He relieved my mothers stress and put us all at ease. He also gave me a pen :) He was very professional but friendly.
