They made sure that they answered any questions that I had, they were extremely patient as I weighed the decision to buy the truck, and not once did I feel pressured. They worked hard to make sure that the truck would fit my needs and budget, and I highly recommend Metro to anyone. Consistently advertise prices that they can not or will not honor on vehicles that may or may not actually exist. I tried to purchase a vehicle listed on cargurus for the listed price. Upon inquiry, the internet representative would not advise if the advertised price included any rebates or discounts that might not be available to everyone, such as military rebates, current leaseholder rebates, loyalty rebates, recent college graduate rebates etc. Three different sales managers asked for a credit card authorization without providing details of the sale price. Then I was told that the advertised vehicle was sold but that they could find me another similar vehicle as the same price. i had my wife call from a different phone number and she was informed that the vehicle was actually still available. After finally getting a signed purchase and sales agreement and leaving a deposit, I was told that they couldnt honor this price unless I financed through their dealership. I responded that I am a cash buyer and made that clear from the beginning of the negotiations. I was then informed that this financing requirement was on their website (which it is not). I countered with the fact that it isnt on their website nor was it on my P&S, to which they stated that the quoted price was under invoice costs and therefore it was going to cost me $1,000 extra. In the end, they refused to sell me the vehicle, if they even had it to begin with and to date have not refunded my deposit. Horrible dishonest fraudulent operation. UNHAPPY CUSTOMER AWFUL!!! Worst customer service from a dealership that I have ever dealt with from sales person, buisness manager, sales managers, and GM (and I worke AWFUL!!! Bought a car in July and it is still NOT registered as of today Sept 14. I have been through 3 temp plates and spoke with what will be my 6th person one including the GM. Everyone I spoke with lied even the GM! I have made over 45 phone calls (11 in 3 days) since July 18th and never a call back. I now have a lawyer involved. Awful attitudes from Dana I got brand new 2014 jeep grand cherokee, 3 days later, driver side cv axle boot got leaked and put grease all over on the wheel, suspension component I got brand new 2014 jeep grand cherokee, 3 days later, driver side cv axle boot got leaked and put grease all over on the wheel, suspension components... backordered... 5 days later and fixed but didn't bother to clean the grease which my salesman felt bad and took it for a wash. few weeks later, passenger side failed... I claimed them that i refuse leave jeep there until part arrives (lesson learned) and they replaced it and didn't bother to clean too. Which I told them to clean and they just did use garden hose... One thing i really HATE to go there, for instance, I got an appointment at 10am and I checked in on the time... but jeep still parks for other good 1-2 hours and finally got it in the garage for other 2 -3 hours. That blew my mind off... Dana (the service manager) he has AWFUL attitudes to customers as well.. I asked Chrysler LLC to open the case and talk with him but Chrysler case manager said he could see that he has bad attitudes when he was talking to him and no action taken? Not even suspension or warn with notice for his awful attitude? More

Worse service in History I called to have service on my 2014 Ram 25004x4 crew cab on Monday and received a scheduled appointment for 8 am. on Wednesday. I dropped the vehicle off on Tuesday night before the appointment so they would have it first thing as I work out of state. My wife receives a call the day before the appointment as a reminder of the appointment. I was informed by service dept. that I would be called regarding what was wrong with the truck at some point during the day and what the best course of action would be to repair it( it is still under warranty). I never got any calls so I called at 12:30pm, and was told someone would get right back to me. NEVER RECIEVED A CALL. I call dealer again at 3:15pm and was told the same thing, except this time , I told them " good cause I"m coming to pick it up". Again, never got a call back. Upon arriving, I see my vehicle pulling out of the dealer lot. I go into service area and ask about the truck and they haven't even touched it after it has been there all day FOR A SCHEDULED APPOINTMENT !!!!! By now I am really aggravated and the service advisor tells me that they cannot recreate the problem that I told them about and theres nothing they can do. When I dropped off the truck the night before, I spoke to the service advisor and said to change whatever fluid needed to be done(after the call I was supposed to receive to give authorization). So now the service advisor tells me I have to make an appointment to have the rearend serviced....wasn't it there already for that? Then they have the xxxxx to charge me $120.00 for diagnostic time...when I saw the truck leaving the lot!!! I have owned many new vehicles and have never had a problem, until this dealership.. I have nothing good to say about them. And I will NEVER NEVER NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE !!!! Also, when I went to speak with the service manager,,, he couldn't speak with me cause his throat was sore. I call xxxxxxxx,,,,cause while walking around by his office earlier he was laughing it up with someone in there and I heard it all..... More
