Tasca Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram FIAT

I purchased a 2023 Jeep Grand Cherokee L. I have had an issue with the radio with only 200 miles on the vehicle. I asked for my money back and was told no. Though the issue is not Tasca's fau I have had an issue with the radio with only 200 miles on the vehicle. I asked for my money back and was told no. Though the issue is not Tasca's fault they sold me the vehicle. They and Jeep/Stellantis keep selling the vehicles knowing there is a problem. Tasca's slogan is you will be satisfied. We are far from satisfied. When you purchase a new vehicle you shouldn't have to worry about things not working. I have no issue with the salesman or the service department. My issue is with the dealership and Jeep/Stellantis not backing their product. With the radio issues and the recent recalls I would not recommend purchasing a Jeep Grand Cherokee or Grand Cherokee L. More

I have been looking for a new car for a while now. I felt nothing but pressure to buy a car from other dealerships. When I gave them my budget, they told me I would never find what I wanted and dismi I felt nothing but pressure to buy a car from other dealerships. I was exhausted and disappointed from a day of test drives and let downs until I walked into Tasca in Johnston! The whole dealership had a completely different vibe. Michael Carbone was the salesman who approached me. He was super friendly and helpful. I gave him my budget and instead of dismissing me, he was so understanding and actually took the time to research and ended up finding me exactly what I wanted. He made the whole process super easy and believe it or not...Fun! He never once made me feel pressure to buy, he was very patient and knowledgable with all my questions, and he valued my time. Then I met with Al Huberman from the Finance dept. who was awesome! The teamwork between Al and Michael was so in sync! Once the deal was done and Mic handed me the keys to my new Kia, we both were smiling ear to ear because we knew I made the right decision!
