Unfortunately the wanted to give me an extremely high finance rate when I have a very high credit rating. I left and bought the same exact car from Bald Hill Kia for less and got a fantastic rate. This weekend we looked at a new Jeep. We were going to trade in our existing Jeep. The internet price was 28335.00 on the new Jeep which included a 3000.00 "discount" from Greico. Went in and they said that we wouldn't qualify for the discounts? There are no manufacturer discounts with the exception of the military one of 500.00. Basically they are luring you in to try and make a sale. They also offered us a "fair market trade" for our existing Jeep. That made me laugh so hard I got up and walked out. The Jeep according to all of the pricing guids retails for 13K so a fair offer would be 8-9K maybe. They offered 3K because they said it had an accident. It was a fender bender which left dimples in the bumper, we didnt even fix it. Bottom line is they are awful. The sales guy was very nice and polite, these deals are not in their hands. Never go to this dealership! We had bought several cars in the past and were satisfied. All new employees and new management it seems and they are terrible. My daughter wanted to trade in her vehicle for a lower payment. They showed her a vehicle, quoted a good price and told her to take it home while the paperwork was prepared which took several days. When she went back they told her the financing had changed and her payment was much higher then what was stated in the beginning. We told them we wanted her car back and we were told they didn't have her car anymore and didn't know where it was. My daughter was then bullied into making the deal. I had a lease vehicle that I had called and spoke to Nicole, I told her the make and model and how long I had paid on the lease. She quoted a new lease for a wrangler of 199.00 a month with money down. We go in and speak with Jessica (who is also the girl that screwed my daughter over) and then it was your 29,000 vehicle you leased 7 months ago is now only valued at 15,000. You could get a new lease but with the negative equity your payments will be about 600.00 a month! I said I was quoted this price and she said the manager didn't know the price on the vehicle we had leased. Well if your a manager you should know that your Jeep Compass are not worth anything and depreciate 15,000 in 7 months and we would definetly not be able to get out of the lease, never mind the wrangler offer she made. This place will lie upon lie to get you in there and then proceed to screw you over as much as possible. Do not buy a car from them ever! More

Your there wasting your time back and forth between the salesman and manager. I finally asked to deal with just the manager. A month later I still haven't received my registration. I wait for a hardtop for my jeep to be painted because I'm told all hard tops are black but painted at the factory and it will be the same pick it up next week. 3 weeks later it's completely unacceptable. Looks like a painted orange peel but worse. I left it there. Let's see what they do. I want a used car for my son and told to bring him down and they will show me what they have. We get there and he tells me he will get back to me in a few days and he never did. I even asked if I could return my lease. DONT BUY FROM GREICO! More

Being the first time going there I didn't know what to expect. The people working in service were very prompt in checking me in and brought my vehicle in the service bay within 15 minutes Also a pleasant surprise was having my van washed even though I didn't purchase it there(wish I had) Would I go there again YES.....The only down side is I wish the TV was tuned in to the MLB Channel unstead of the today show. While that show is ok for the first few hours come 10:00 when Kelly Ripa came on I had to go in the other room,can't stand the spoiled little BRAT More

Everyone was great from a sales person on up to the manager ( A younger gentleman that actually offered to buy us dinner because my daughter said she was getting hungry and the paperwork process was taking a little bit of time ) that day she left with a brand new Jeep. Well my lease was up and I decided I had such a good experience the first time. I was actually looking forward to something I usually dread. Buying a car. Let's just say all the reasons why I usually dread buying a car came rushing back. Don't know what happened to the place but stay away! Tried to work a deal on a brand-new Jeep. Over almost and hour and a half going back-and-forth on the price. The salesperson kept on going back-and-forth between me and the manager. The manager introduced himself to me and I explained I was on a time restraint. I proceeded to watch him walk outside and smoke a cigarette then come back in and then finish up his proposal. Whatever happened to customers come first. At the and of our all afternoon adventure. They finally said there's no way could be done. Told them I had to think about it and to give me a call at work the following day. I proceeded to write down my work phone number on my business card and head it to the manager. Well it's been a week now and still haven't received a call back. That price that was "impossible to be done" was just done at Baldhill Chrysler Dodge Jeep in Warwick. It's like a complete 180 from you it's was before and it was only two months ago. It's absolutely crazy makes me wish that we didn't buy the first car from them. I saw a lot of new faces as well apparently they can't hold on to anybody. Trust me before you agree a price there especially if they can't be done. It'll be worth a quick five-minute phone call before signing the paperwork to Baldhill. No hassle at all, not only did they beat the price they beat it by over a thousand dollars and then the manager came over shook my hand and said I had a mail piece that actually offers me an additional $500 off the car. He explained all you have to do is punch in my name in the jeep web site. Thanks Greco really appreciate it. Waste of time Went to look at jeep wranglers, after a very discouraging experience at another dealership close to this one. This time i just went in to get some $$ Went to look at jeep wranglers, after a very discouraging experience at another dealership close to this one. This time i just went in to get some $$ amounts to purchase or lease. While i was there i told the sales reps what options i wanted on the wrangler, and the vehicle i had to trade in, ( they had the information on my vehicle already). And more importantly how much the maximum $$ amount i was willing to spend per month on the newer vehicle. While the sales person talked to the sales manager, i was surprised to have other sales reps come into the office i was sitting in and start using the computer. When i asked one rep about it, i was told that for all the sales reps, there is just this one computer... Really??? I large dealership, and only one computer for the entire sales team? OK... Well my sales rep comes back and tells me that they cant do a purchase on the wrangler i would want for the $$ i want to spend per month, so i ask about a lease. The rep AGAIN has to go talk to the sales manager. While im waiting again, i go online using my phone to. Jeep.com and veiw incentives, etc...i see a lease option on the wrangler model i want with the options i want etc.. For LOWER than what i want to spend each month... The sales rep comes back and tells me that the lease would be for only 24 months. (Jeep.com states the lease would be for 36 months). The reps says the monthly price would be almost 200 more per month than what jeep.com states. I show the rep the online prices i got on my phone,... The rep goes back to the sales manager who himself come to me and tries to tell me that they jeeps on. Jeep.com show only basic models with none of the options i wanted etc.... The website clearly offers you the ability to add options and shows you how much more it would add to the price per month. When i tell the sales manager this fact, NOW. He tells me that he will do a lease for the price i want to pay per month, and that instead of 24 months of a lease, or 36 months as the jeep website states, he will do a 42 month lease? BUT....... I have to make the deal by the end of this month. ( basically 48 hours). At this point, im tired, i dont feel like arguing, and i just walk out of the dealershp,wondering why i wasted my time again... More
