My experience at Metro Chrysler Jeep Dodge..."I left my jeep at your dealership on 12/17/11 so that it could be looked at on 12/19/11. I had been having a problem with it not starting while still having my jeep at your dealership on 12/17/11 so that it could be looked at on 12/19/11. I had been having a problem with it not starting while still having power. I did not hear from the service dept on Monday, so I decided to check the status on Tuesday. Apparently my phone # had been lost and they were waiting for me to call them. Fine. The service ...associate I spoke with told me the jeep needed a new starter which would cost $390.00. I was also told that there was a leaky seal in the rear differential which needed to be replaced. That was a warranty item, but my deductible was $150.00. He also recommended new rear brakes and having my rotors turned, as he had noticed a wobble while breaking. That was going to cost $295.00. I told him not to do anything, that I was going to take the vehicle to my own mechanic. He told me there was a $99.00 charge for a diagnostic because I had noticed some issues with the rpms, but he said they found nothing. If I had everything done it would have cost $947.00. that included a $12.00 hazardous waste disposal for the differential fluid that must have dripped. I brought the vehicle to my own mechanic who also did a diagnostic. He found out that the starter relay was bad. Cost $60.00 for diagnostic, $30.00 for relay and nothing for labor because he said it takes 2 seconds to put in. I asked about the seal on the differential fluid and he said it was find. The problem was actually with the plug which didn't cost anything. He didn't mention noticing a wobble when breaking. Total cost $90.00. Metro are thieves! More
I was recommended to go there for service from Chrysler because I was not getting anywhere with the my local dealer. It was about a half hour drive from my house, but worth every minute. The customer servi because I was not getting anywhere with the my local dealer. It was about a half hour drive from my house, but worth every minute. The customer service in service was amazing!!! They really took care of me.I ended up leaving that day with a 2012 Grand Jeep Cherokee which I absolutely LOVE... Matt the sales manager was the best.. He was very friendly and really seem to care about the customer. My salesmen Robert and Steve were remarkable as well. They were not pushy and made me feel like they were on the same page. I would recommend this dealer to anyone who wants to have a relationship with their dealership. That aren't there to just sell you a vehicle. I have gooten several cortesy calls after I purchased it just checking in. I am so glad I went there and look forward to future business with them. They were straight forward and very accomodating. I can't thank the whole staff of Metro enough for all their help!!!!! More
Two months ago my wife and I began our search for a new vehicle. After visiting several dealerships and being unsatisfied with their service and professionalism, we decided to make the hour drive to Metro vehicle. After visiting several dealerships and being unsatisfied with their service and professionalism, we decided to make the hour drive to Metro Jeep. When we arrived it was nice to look around the lot rather than being swarmed by sales staff, which we experienced at the other dealerships. After looking around we meet Issac Roman. From the beginning Issac was very professional and made my wife and I feel very comfortable. Throughout the decision making process Issac was very helpful, patient and there was no pressure from him to make a purchase. Not only did Issac stay after his shift ended, but also made sure we were 110% satisfied before we decided to buy. After everything was said and done we bought a 2011 jeep grand cherokee limited. From beginning to end this was by far the best buying experience we have ever experienced and Metro Jeep and there staff exceeded our expectations. We would highly recommend Issac and Metro Jeep to anyone in the market for a new vehicle and we look forward to doing business with them again very soon. We would also like to thank Matt (Sales Manager) for all his help and making it possible for us to purchase the vehicle at a great price!.... Sincerely, Jessica and Brad Barco More

I am a life long Jeep Wrangler owner. I've owned 4 jeeps over the last 20 years. I researched several Jeep Dealerships before deciding to visit Metro Jeep to buy my 5th Jeep (Rubicon). I went to Metro becau over the last 20 years. I researched several Jeep Dealerships before deciding to visit Metro Jeep to buy my 5th Jeep (Rubicon). I went to Metro because they were the only Jeep dealership in a 50 mile radius that seemed interested and eager to build and sell me a custom Jeep. Prior to my visit I spoke with Isaac Roman in sales and Jeff Tucker the parts manager. Both seemed genuinely excited to work with me. Becasue of their enthusiasm I made an appointment to meet with Isaac. Jeff also made a point to be there on Saturday to meet me. The negotiation process was painless and I feel like I got a fair trade in value for my 2008 Jeep Sahara. Before leaving that day I was the proud owner of a 2011 Jeep Rubicon. Jeff consulted with me regarding the additional parts I had requested (2.5 inch Teraflex lift, 16 inch procomp wheels 7089, 315/75/16 Maxxis Big Horn tires, 5 Hella 500 off road lights, Mopar rock rails, 5:13 gears). It took 22 years but I now have my dream Jeep. Thank You Jeff, Isaac, and Metro Jeep. You guys are awesome. More
I was not able to get financed at other dealerships and the amount I was being offered for my trade in was a third of what I had researched on Blue Book. I did not even need to negotiate with Metro. They the amount I was being offered for my trade in was a third of what I had researched on Blue Book. I did not even need to negotiate with Metro. They immediately gave me the highest trade in amount (even a few dollars higher) than Blue Book and worked hard to get me financed. They did NOT jack up the price of the Jeep at all. Although it was a long process to get me financed (because of a divorce) Isaac, Matt and James all continually checked in with me. I drove away that day with a 2011 Jeep Wrangler Sport - my dream car! I live over 75 miles away from the dealership but it was worth the drive. I can't say anything bad about Metro. They were professional but friendly and I do not feel like they took advantage of me at all. For women who find that dealers try to take advantage - please check out Metro! Positive experience the whole way. More
My mother's Windstar was recalled and bought back by Ford. As a senior citizen she lives on a fixed income so her options were limited as to what she could afford to buy. I had been searching for an a Ford. As a senior citizen she lives on a fixed income so her options were limited as to what she could afford to buy. I had been searching for an appropriate car - the right model, mileage and price - for a few weeks. I had been misled online by several other dealers - although the price listed was within the range I searched, it didn't include the $3,500 additional down payment or trade. It was a relief that a dealer actually had the car they advertised online - other dealers had 'just sold' the one I was looking for but had another one..... the old bait and switch scam! The car I called Metro about was off-site but they made sure it was available for me to see the next day. It was exactly what she was looking for - better yet - when I had my mechanic check it out, he approved, too! In addition - unlike other online cars, I was able to get a free carfax in advance - that was a plus! I like to see them before I go to the dealer as my time is limited. Matt(sales manager) and Joe were great to deal with, extremely friendly, helpful and willing to negotiate. Mom left there happy and so did I. I would definitely shop there again and recommend them to my friends. More
This dealership was the worst place to go ever! They messed up on the contract on a lease and promised all kinds of things would be done and never did them. After everything they sent in a FAKE contrac messed up on the contract on a lease and promised all kinds of things would be done and never did them. After everything they sent in a FAKE contract. Elmwood Dodge helped us. I would never ever refer Metro or ever return there for anything but to return a vehicle. And that's just what we did was return THE VEHICLE. My choice is Elmwood Dodge. More

He talked very highly of the technician (Chris Green)and the service department. I am very meticulous with my SRT and don't like to let it out of my site. With that said I drove all the way from Maine to Rhode Island to have my SRT worked on. The technician had to diagnose and repair a issue with the internals of my transmission. The repair was done and done right the first time! I couldn't be happier with the over all customer service or the technician's knowledge. I also would like to thank the service manager Greg Palazzo for being such a stand up guy and seeing that my over all experience was a great one! I highly recommend this dealership and it's service department. More
Absolutely the worst dealership in new england. I went there with the hopes of a new purchase. The sales team ignored you and the mangement was rude. They critized me on my credit report and wanted me to there with the hopes of a new purchase. The sales team ignored you and the mangement was rude. They critized me on my credit report and wanted me to pay a 22 perecnt apr on an already overpriced vehicle. They are out of there mind over there. There finance guy mahmoud is pushy and abrasive as well as there general manager Fredrick Royce. I went to another dealership and pucrhcased at an APR of 6 percent with no problem, so that tells you they are crooks at metro chrysler jeep. If they treated me this way im shure they have pulled fast ones on other people in the past. TAKE MY ADVICE AND STAY CLEAR OF THIS TERRIBLY RUN DEALERSHIP. its not worth the aggrivation. More
