Great experience again I had an issue with my 2016 Jeep Wrangler. I am now driving my new 2017 SAHARA. And I am paying less then my 2016. I don't know who is happier me or my daughter who drives it more then me. Thanks everyone who made it happen! More

I won't recommend this dealership because they aren't too pushy, have a straight forward attitude, and tried to get me as happy as could be with my vehicle. More
Buyer beware. Crooks My mother went to Grieco Chrysler jeep . She had a trade in which was a lease she owed 15k to buy out right. She wrote grieco a check for 15k to pay off the trade and traded it in. So there should have been no possible way she could be upside down on the trade. She bought a jeep renegade and the sicker price was 29800 before rebates. They gave her 16k for her trade. According to the paperwork. Since she paid the balance to buy the car outright . There was no negative equity Instead of financing her they had her sign a lease agreement. Where they added 10k to the sticker price. 4200 in extra paint protectant and unnecessary warranties without her knowledge. So for a 36month lease. That she didn't want. The total she would have paid in 36 months would be 411000. Then she could buy the car for 16k after the 36 month. Does this seem fair. After giving them a trade that they valued at 16k even if she wanted a lease the math does not work. She would be spending close to 60k all said and done for a 29800 vehicle. Highly unethical. And unconscionable business practice. We went back to grieco after she noticed what they got her to sign. We asked to speak to the gm. We went into an office and the person I thought was the gm tried to look at the deal. He was unable to explain why the msrp was ten thousand over. Then came up with " she was upside down in her trade. " how is this possible. He then told me I'd have to speak with the general manager. Which I assumed was him since that's who I asked to speak with. We went back the next day to speak with the gm ( Mike Doyle). We explained what had happened. At first it seemed like he was going to make it right. We say down and said she could finance the renegade for 23300. And when I asked about the trade. He said that's a wash. If my mother gave grieco a 15k dollar check to buy her trade in out right. And gave the vehicle for a trade the trade still has value correct? He tried getting her to sign that deal. So pretty much sorry for the unethical and fraudulent deal. How about we take the 15k and the trade give you nothing for that and finance the vehicle at the full current price with rebates. My mother has never even saved up enough money for a vavation. The only reason she had the 15k to pay off her trade in vehicle. Was from the estate of my recently deceased grandmother. They also gave out another customers credit info (which is a federal offense) to my mother with the bs lease agreement. I wouldn't recommend using there bathroom. Nevermind buy a car from there. I have many contacts in the car business. I really wish I knew she was going there. I know people that have worked there. And now work at reputable dealerships in Ri. The things they have told me about how they do business is sickening. I've shown this deal to everyone I know in the car business. They can not believe that they put her in that deal. There website will say they are a family owned business. There mission statement says they are there to give thier customers the best possible deal and savings. So MR Mike grieco. Can you please explain why my mother was overcharged put in a lease instead of a finance deal. And how could she be upside down on her trade. If your own paperwork shows a positive equity as it should since she paid it off. I know mr grieco is not personally responsible for this deal. But how do you let your employees take advantage of people. They didn't even ask for proof of income. My mother has been out of work. For the last year. To take care of my ill grandmother. All I can say is good luck I hope you really do your homework before entering this dealer. More

Mike asked all the right questions and listened to what I was looking for. Roy brought me around to look at what I was interested in and we then went for the test drive. No pressure! After making my decision, Mike explained all of the financials and made it easy for me to make my decision. I will refer anyone looking for a car to this dealership. I was the victim of a bait and switch scheme from the salesman tom cardillo and others at this dealer. I unfortunately explained to them that I was recently divorced and knew nothing about cars. Apparently they saw this as an opportunity to tell me one thing about a car and then selling me something completely different banking on my car ignorance. When I confronted the manager Patrick Coffey he said too bad and now refuses to return my calls or emails! Now in order to get the correct car I have to pay an additional 10,000 to a different dealer because as soon as I drove my new car off the lot it lost 10,000 dollars in trade in value. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general office in Rhode Island but I want to warn other buyers...especially woman buyers!!! I was trying to retake control of my life and they took advantage of my situation an ignorance of cars!!! Stay away!!!!!! More

Only 59% of respondents who took the time to rate your business would recommend it. Richard came out. Gave me the price on paper, higher than edmunds, told him I spoke to nicole, he answers, Nicole doesnt know anything, she should not be talking about prices, atmost he will shave off a couple of hundred dollars off the price. Mind you, this is 25000 car, I was looking at, 200 dollars off....??? are you joking, finally they tack on 299 doc fee and 299 acq fee and more and more. the worst was, I asked can you tell me how much I will get for my trade in, the guys said come back and we will match whatever you get...this is customer service. I took my time to come to them and they did not even have time to answer or appraise my car. I am writing this review to tell people, dont believe what Nicole tells you. More
