I bought my truck on august 22 the temp plate ended Sept 11 that's 21 days. Still no plates. My truck is now illegal to drive. I would rather deal with the dmv then these people.I have called spoke to manager and left voicemail and still no response. No one can tell me when I will get my plates. They keep saying they will be ready tomorrow that day comes and gore and still no plates. I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. I have spent five days chasing my.plates and leavings voicemails with no call back. As I post this still no.plates and unable to drive my new truck. U SUCK METRO CHRYSER JEEP DODGE OF JOHNSTON!!!!!!!!!! You made the sale so I mean nothing to you now. No money in it no response. Understood. More

I checked my oil and A letter to the dealership; I had my oil changed 3000 miles ago, as I always do, and yesterday my check engine light came on. I checked my oil and it was down 4 quarts. That's right, 4 quarts. I called Metro Motor Group of Johnston, RI and spoke with the service advisor, Manny, and he told me that it is very common to burn 4 quarts of oil within 3000 mile. That is a total insult to my intelligence. He was extremely insulting the way he spoke with me. He asked what the mileage was on the jeep and I did not know the exact mileage. I told him to check the last service record and add 3000 mile to it ant that would be the current mileage. He became very abrasive and said “I thought you didn’t know what the mileage was”. I began to explain, slowly, that if he added 3000 to the last service record recorded mileage and that would be the current mileage. I know this because we compared the actual mileage on the odometer to the service sticker on the window and it was off by only a few miles. He told me to bring the jeep in and he would check the problem for a fee. I can’t believe he would actually charge me to plug a meter into a jack under the dash and read the error code. The jeep is not dripping or burning oil. I believe it was an error by your service technician and, because of this; my engine may have internal damage now. I will be getting the engine checked for damage by an independent service location. I am writing a stern letter to Chrysler and also posting this problem on all of the dealer rating websites for all to read. I would appreciate a call by the end of day, tomorrow. More

My car wouldn't shift out of first gear one morning on my way to work. I stopped in at Metro and talked to Paul. He got my car in within the hour. The other people in the waiting room were all in a good mood, and I noted that they go to Metro for all their service. That tells me that they have happy customers. It was my first visit to Metro and I will go back for any service that my car needs. The price and service was great! Thank You. More
What an experience ! I was greeten in the overhead bay by the tech who was going to service my Jeep. He asked me how it was running, and the reason for my being there that day. He commented on the cleanliness of my vehicle and asked if I had any question whatsoever pertaining to the vehicle. The inside person wrote me up quickly, showed me to the lounge and invited me to help myself to coffee. I was there less than a half hour, and was told to call at any time with any question or problem. More

Elmwwod Dodge and Bald Hill Dodge gave me a price on their in stock vehicles and when I got there the price changed significantly. When I went to Metro I was greeted by the General Manager Ed DeShaies, he made my buying experience very easy and I was given a legitmate price with a smile (a beautiful smile by the way). Ed explained they are under new management, same ownership, and are enthusiastically treating customers far better. My finance terms were explained by Dave Flora, he was so caring and explained every detail and presented me with different options. The buying experience was the best I have ever had in purchasing a car. I highly recommend this dealership. Oh, I forgot to mention that I was introduced to the service department and found a very helpful staff, it really made me feel comfortable. Thank you for a great experience. More
I went to this dealership to purchase a new Jeep Cherokee. We test drove a few jeeps & decided that we wanted a 2012 white jeep cherokee basic edition with black cloth seats. They did not have the vehicle in stock but they told me they could swap the vehicle at another location. I was very pleased. When the sales man Jeff came back to talk to use he explained that because of the weekend they were not able to do a swap but we will be able to get the car on Monday. I was again please, however a red flag raised if they could not do a swap on a weekend would they be able to do it on a holiday? They assured me they could. Monday I got a phone call saying becuase of the holiday they could not do the swap, so we pushed it till Tuesday. Our appointment was for 4pm on Tuesday. They called Tuesday morning saying they were having a difficult time locating the vehicle, I told the salesman that I was having second thought so if they couldn't get the vehicle by today I was going to back out, I was assured that the jeep would be there by 4pm. When I arrived at the dealership they said everything was in order & the car was being detailed & gas up. I sat down to complete the final paperwork. Here is when thing started to go wrong. 1- The finance woman had called out so I would have to come back on my next day off to fill out financing information. 2- The car we wanted had push to start, this one did not but they would put it in for me free of care. Then he came back and said it could not be put in because of all the wires but they would put in the remote start for free. I was again pleased with this outcome. 3. When I was signing the paperwork for the car the miles noted was 150. I told them it was a 2012 & should have less than 20. They proceeded to tell me they drove the car to Rhode Island from New Hampshire. ( This is a brand new car it should have been put on a transporter ) 4. When I was finally handed the keys to the car to go check it out I opened the car door & to my surprise it had gray interior not black as I had specified that I wanted. When I went to talk to the salesman & tell him there was a problem with the interior, he said "Oh you didn't want beige interior?" Mind you he just drove this car from the back of the building it was gray inside not Beige & no I didn't want beige or gray I wanted BLACK!! Now the manager got involved & appolagiezed & admitted that it was his mistake & he had never done a swap of a vehicle before. He offered $500.00 off the price of the Jeep. After thinking about it I felt that too many things had gone wrong & decided to cancel the purchase. They once again appolagized. Before leaving I asked for my Deposit check of $300.00 back, I had to sign a paper to get the check back, without my knowing they cashed the check that Saturday that I left ( when they didn't even know where they were going to pick the Jeep up from ) I was supposed to have a refund check hand delivered the next day. I got another phone call saying they needed my check to clear before they refunded me my money, understandable. The next day my check cleared I called to speak to the manager he then told me that their policy was to wait 10 business days after my check cleared. I felt like everytime I talked to someone a new rule was being made up. What ever could have went wrong did go wrong. I was taken advantage of, given every excuse they could think of. I would never buy or recommend anyone buy from them, no one should have to deal with the stress & lies I was fed. This was suppossed to be a reputable company. More
