Mike asked all the right questions and listened to what I was looking for. Roy brought me around to look at what I was interested in and we then went for the test drive. No pressure! After making my decision, Mike explained all of the financials and made it easy for me to make my decision. I will refer anyone looking for a car to this dealership. I was the victim of a bait and switch scheme from the salesman tom cardillo and others at this dealer. I unfortunately explained to them that I was recently divorced and knew nothing about cars. Apparently they saw this as an opportunity to tell me one thing about a car and then selling me something completely different banking on my car ignorance. When I confronted the manager Patrick Coffey he said too bad and now refuses to return my calls or emails! Now in order to get the correct car I have to pay an additional 10,000 to a different dealer because as soon as I drove my new car off the lot it lost 10,000 dollars in trade in value. I have filed a complaint with the attorney general office in Rhode Island but I want to warn other buyers...especially woman buyers!!! I was trying to retake control of my life and they took advantage of my situation an ignorance of cars!!! Stay away!!!!!! More

Only 59% of respondents who took the time to rate your business would recommend it. Very Rude and Deceptive. Saw a car on edmunds, I enquired to see, if its avaialble. Nicole Trainer called back and said available. told her, price is higher than competition. Richard came out. Gave me the price on paper, higher than edmunds, told him I spoke to nicole, he answers, Nicole doesnt know anything, she should not be talking about prices, atmost he will shave off a couple of hundred dollars off the price. Mind you, this is 25000 car, I was looking at, 200 dollars off....??? are you joking, finally they tack on 299 doc fee and 299 acq fee and more and more. the worst was, I asked can you tell me how much I will get for my trade in, the guys said come back and we will match whatever you get...this is customer service. I took my time to come to them and they did not even have time to answer or appraise my car. I am writing this review to tell people, dont believe what Nicole tells you. More

Unfortunately the wanted to give me an extremely high finance rate when I have a very high credit rating. I left and bought the same exact car from Bald Hill Kia for less and got a fantastic rate. This weekend we looked at a new Jeep. We were going to trade in our existing Jeep. The internet price was 28335.00 on the new Jeep which included a 3000.00 "discount" from Greico. Went in and they said that we wouldn't qualify for the discounts? There are no manufacturer discounts with the exception of the military one of 500.00. Basically they are luring you in to try and make a sale. They also offered us a "fair market trade" for our existing Jeep. That made me laugh so hard I got up and walked out. The Jeep according to all of the pricing guids retails for 13K so a fair offer would be 8-9K maybe. They offered 3K because they said it had an accident. It was a fender bender which left dimples in the bumper, we didnt even fix it. Bottom line is they are awful. The sales guy was very nice and polite, these deals are not in their hands. Never go to this dealership! We had bought several cars in the past and were satisfied. All new employees and new management it seems and they are terrible. My daughter wanted to trade in her vehicle for a lower payment. They showed her a vehicle, quoted a good price and told her to take it home while the paperwork was prepared which took several days. When she went back they told her the financing had changed and her payment was much higher then what was stated in the beginning. We told them we wanted her car back and we were told they didn't have her car anymore and didn't know where it was. My daughter was then bullied into making the deal. I had a lease vehicle that I had called and spoke to Nicole, I told her the make and model and how long I had paid on the lease. She quoted a new lease for a wrangler of 199.00 a month with money down. We go in and speak with Jessica (who is also the girl that screwed my daughter over) and then it was your 29,000 vehicle you leased 7 months ago is now only valued at 15,000. You could get a new lease but with the negative equity your payments will be about 600.00 a month! I said I was quoted this price and she said the manager didn't know the price on the vehicle we had leased. Well if your a manager you should know that your Jeep Compass are not worth anything and depreciate 15,000 in 7 months and we would definetly not be able to get out of the lease, never mind the wrangler offer she made. This place will lie upon lie to get you in there and then proceed to screw you over as much as possible. Do not buy a car from them ever! More
