However the guys I dealt with were great (Corey and Ian) After some lengthy discussions they were men of their words and got everything I asked done. In my opinion that's all you want when making a car purchase. Both guys were class acts and I was very happy with my purchase from them. I felt like I was treated fair and not BSed. I have dealt with dealers who play games and make the buying experience seem like an accounting class. These guys shoot straight from the hip. Like I said earlier it took longer to leave then find a car and get the deal done.I would recrecommend them to family and friends. More

Had a great experience with Derek at Metro Chrysler After having a bad experience at another nearby dealership, my wife and I were not sure what to expect when visiting Metro Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram. Thankfully we were greeted by Derek Bowden who was a wonderful sales consultant. He made us immediately feel comfortable by offering us snacks and drinks and really took the time to find out what features of a new vehicle were most important to us. He was always patient and polite and at no time did we ever feel he was pressuring us into a sale or specific vehicle. Not only did we find the perfect vehicle that was right for our family's needs, but ended up spending a little more than we planned because Derek was so knowledgeable about the financing and manufacturer warranty features that we realized spending more for additional peace of mind was worth it. Stay as far away as possible. Stay as far away as possible from the Sales Dept. including the business person who "closes the deal". One person stated they were truck experts and intervened into the business side of the conversation, not the vehicle side. I had to point this out to him and he puffed his chest out and walked away. One debacle after an other. When picking the vehicle up, I made a mistake of not getting the states plate registration. (I called when I got home and spoke to the salesperson and he stated he had it on his desk and would send it) Well, come to find out, he stated he mailed it ... 3 days later and I still do not have it after 7 days. The manager Phil Driscoll accepted my price offer which I feel is the best as compared to other similar vehicle within a 60 mile radius. worst place to deal with I put a deposit on a new vehicle. They had me take the car home had it for 8 days then they called saying can't get me approved. So no big deal. Anytime I called, there was never a Sales Manager or any Manager that could take my call. Shocker.. If you are looking for a CJDR Dealership, I would recommend heading to Imperial in Mendon, Ma. But not here!! Don't waster your time. The only thing positive this dealership has is Richard Hebert. More
