2012 Dodge Challenger SRT Belt issue I had a noise coming from under the hood of my 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8. After pulling over I notice the belt was slipping and making noise as well I had a noise coming from under the hood of my 2012 Dodge Challenger SRT8. After pulling over I notice the belt was slipping and making noise as well as fluid leaking from the power steering pump. I called AAA and had it flat bedded to Grieco Chrysler Jeep Dodge and Ram. I spoke to Brent in the service department and he wrote up the car with the issues I stated. I have a Maximum care plan thru Chrysler. I was fully kept in the loop what was going on with it. I was asked to come in and take a look at a few things that went wrong when the belt malfunctioned. I met with the service manager and also the mechanic and Brent and all where great with explaining what happened. I left and received a phone call later that afternoon stating the car was fixed and ready for pick up. I went down right away and paid what was due and left very impressed and satisfied with every aspect of the visit. I have also purchased 2 jeeps from this dealership and every time have had nothing less then a 5 star experience. I would highly recommend them to anybody looking for a vehicle. Thank you.
