I walked in with low expectations but high hopes in obtaining a deal for my old Jeep. I explained what I was looking for in a vehicle and a monthly payment to Dave as well as my concern about my credit. Thanks to Dave’s AMAZING customer service, I left the dealership that night with a brand new jeep at exactly the monthly payment I needed to stay in budget. INCREDIBLE! Dave was extremely kind and helpful throughout the process. He worked hard to make my deal happen and I cannot express my sincerest gratitude to him enough. I now have a much safer vehicle for my son and I as well. Dave also took the time to show me all the amazing features of my new vehicle( I went from an 08 to a 19) without making me feel like I was taking up too much of his time or asking stupid questions. I never felt rushed and always felt respected every minute I was in the dealership. He followed up with me after the dealership to make sure my phone was able to connect for the navigation (and it did!!) I walked in having done my research and knowing exactly what vehicle I wanted. My husband and I explained that I would be the person driving the vehicle. Anthony appreciated that I knew what I wanted and did not try to talk me into test driving or "up selling" a different or more expensive model. Anthony also did not do what many salespeople do....he did not direct the conversation towards my husband instead of talking to me. Anthony made the whole car buying process very comfortable and easy. Anthony in Finance was just as pleasant and easy to work with as Anthony in Sales. Both men took all the time we needed to explain our options and answer any questions we had.
