Service on 2013 Fiat The dealership was recently sold to Tasca. It was formally Grieco. We visited Grieco to service our Fiat and address a recall. The car was not repaire The dealership was recently sold to Tasca. It was formally Grieco. We visited Grieco to service our Fiat and address a recall. The car was not repaired properly. When I contacted the dealer to address the problem the dealership had been sold to Tasca. I spoke to Brent Mattson, a service advisor. He sympathized with our problem and set an apt. to fix properly. Brent was perhaps one of the most responsive service advisors I have yet to encounter. He followed up with me and made sure our car was fixed properly and even addressed a couple other issues at no charge. I recommend Tasca for both purchasing a vehicle and service but I especially want to note the professionalism and attention to detail that Brent provided us. Because of him our experience was truly exceptional! More
