He answered every one of my questions, and allowed me to do some additional research at home before I settled on a Wrangler. He emailed me a series of videos for me to watch at my leisure so I could choose the model and options to make MY Wrangler what I needed. With a phone call the next day he put aside two for me to test drive, and I returned the next day to sign the paperwork. Gave me the best price possible on my trade too.
