Last Friday I showed up without an appointment cuz I had trouble with windshield wipers They stopped working in a rainstorm & needed a new part. They got the part & installed it in less than 3 hours ! I couldn't be more satisfied. More

Sevice department doesn't know what they are doing Took my Chrysler to have a sensor replaced because engine light was on. Car wouldn't start after being changed so went back. Technician told me a flas Took my Chrysler to have a sensor replaced because engine light was on. Car wouldn't start after being changed so went back. Technician told me a flash tool was necessary to correct the fault code. Drove to Johnston with car bucking all the way to be told they could not fix it that day and had told Tasca that. Drove home and couldn't use my car for a week until an appointment at Imperial in Mendon, Ma. Technician there told me he had never heard of a flash tool being needed, but would check out problem. Turns out when the sensor is replaced it goes hand and hand with another sensor and faults would clear out. Sensor was again changed with the other and car runs fine now. Will never go back to Tasca ( we always did business with Simon which they bought out ) for service or to buy a new vehicle. A lot of angry customers that day not satisfied which contradicts their motto of being satisfied!!!!!! More
