Would be 5 stars except for the parts department employee who refused to wear a mask. Service was excellent, respectful, friendly. listened and answered my questions. 5 star all the way. Then I had to go to the parts department to get touch up paint. Two signs on the wall stated that everyone had to wear masks. There is a counter and small space behind it. There was a fan circulating the air. The parts person wore absolutely no mask and stood across the counter from me, 3 to 4 feet before I stepped back. When he talked droplets were released into the air to be circulated by the fan and onto the counter. I stepped back and said that there were two signs saying everyone must wear masks. He told me that it was too hot and he had trouble breathing with a mask on. I protected him by wearing a mask. He did not protect me. I'm back in 14 day isolation. I told him that I am 73 years old and have asthma. He said that he has diabetes. He was not the only employee without a mask even around their necks but the was the only one that I was in close proximity to ... 3 to 4 feet. Let me repeat, the service department was wonderful and I will return. Not so the parts department. More
