So basically don’t expect these guys to go above and beyond or try and help you out. The interior just got remodeled so I’m guessing that’s why they wanted an easy extra $200. More
Went for an oil change and tire rotation. Said I would get a deal they had for 79$. I got charged 126$. Which was great. No explanation lady just said "I was told I needed to refund you 41 bucks I need a credit card for this" seemed bothered didn't explain why i was charged more but hey thanks for my refund. Natalia was great through the whole experience. Upon arriving to the service center, I could see she was busy helping another customer. Also, during the wait to check in, there was a technican agruing with another techinican. Seemed unprofessional to me and unproductive considering I was waiting a while, still not being helped. Natalia helped me as soon as she was done with the customer she was helping. After my car was "serviced", she explained what they did thoroughly. Upon leaving, I noticed my tire pressure was not checked. I notified Natalia and she got it taken care of right away. It honestly seemed Natalia was the only person doing their job well and providing customer service. Seems like she has to make up for other workers lack of service to make sure customers are happy and negative reviews don't fall on her due to the bad service from other aspects of the dealer. The rating would be lower but Natalia provided great service to me. I was hesitant coming back here due to the bad service I got a couple years back. Only came here because I bought my car here and wasn't sure if I was able to go other places due to warranty. Turns out, warranty was expired anyways. More
