1st time using the service dept. which ran quite long for a tire rotation (over 1 1/2 hrs), that the service manager and staff were quite aware of. Communication of this was great and when it was time to pay the bill, the service manager voided the remainder without on their own because the service ran long. It was nice to see effort and awareness to correct an inconvenience when most dealerships wouldn't have cared or even acknowledged it.👍 More
