I brought my vehicle in for a transmission issue. After the tech put 50 miles on my car he decided it was the motor mounts. I leave the dealership and it was doing the same issue. I called the next day and was asked to go on a test drive with the mechanic. I show up at 7:30 am as instructed. I'm then told the tech isn't in till after 9. I had to be at work. From the 1st day I dropped my car off, I was told the service manager was going to look into it. However, I was lied to being that the service manager had left the dealership the previous week. Then every service writer I delt with was no longer employed with the dealership. Now I'm trying to find a dealership with a good transmission mechanic to service my car. I have placed several calls to the dealership to discuss this, but 2 weeks later, no one has yet to call. I also have yet to receive the paperwork for the repairs. I was told it'll be mailed to me... I'm still waiting on the paperwork, along with my call back...VERY DISAPPOINTED More
