I got a decent deal on a '23 Malibu with appreciable help from the sales and support staff. My ONSTAR service light kept on changing from on to off and then on again a few days ago. I called ONSTAR and they ran a diagnostic and said nothing was wrong from their end and that I should take the car back to the dealership for service. I made a 1pm appointment for the next day, showed up on time and the service was completed in about an hour and a half. The system is running properly now continuously for the past several days. The service people were friendly and efficient. I thought I might have to wait all afternoon or have to bring the car back another day but the repair was done quickly. I was impressed with the service. More

They damaged my 2000 wheels and said they would reimburse me and have not. Ive been waiting for 3 months now and they don't care to take responsibility.
