Got a tune up. A couple days later the truck bogged down. I thought it was going to die on me so I limped it into a Chevy dealer in Sycamore IL. They couldn’t look at it right away so I had to leave it over the weekend. I needed a vehicle for work, so I rented a car at the nearest place, which was St Charles IL. That dealer was nice enough to give me a ride to St Charles from Sycamore. That Monday they discovered one of the spark plug wires has come loose. Obviously it was not fastened properly when the tune up was done. It cost me $450.00 plus too much of my time dealing with it. I called and had to leave a message on the Tasca voice mail. I did not get a call back so I went into Tasca (1 1/2 hrs from my house). I talked to Justin and gave him the the documentation that he put on his managers desk. Still I did not get a call back. I called and left another message directly on Sean (service manager) voice mail. And still I have not received a call back. More
