Gotten very expensive - oil change was $121 and change, I can get it cheaper, synthetic oil even for about $75. The service team was excellent( they warned me that they could only guarantee 90% of dent removal; the got it 100% dent free! They told me it might take 3-4 hours! Bought my truck with a nail head sized indentation in a piece of the dash board. I was assured it would be repaired or replaced. Service Manager Sean decided to have a “guy he knows” to repair it. By the end the so called repair the damage went from the size of a nail head to the size of my hand. Sean has yet to call me back with the replacement piece over 3 weeks later so I may have to go through GM Customer Service and bring it to another dealer to be replaced. More
