My headlight bulbs were replaced on my Cadillac CTS today. Initially the 6,000K strength was installed. I then requested that the stronger 8,000K be put in. My Service Advisor, Jesica, was able to get today. Initially the 6,000K strength was installed. I then requested that the stronger 8,000K be put in. Poor communication. I went in for a tire rotation. I waited over 3 hours for them to tell me I have a nail in my tire and it would take another 2 hours to get the tire I went in for a tire rotation. Was incorrectly overcharged for service by charging us the diagnostic fee when we had over $1000 of service performed and was initially told the diagnostic fee would go towards the service. Even though it was eventually corrected, we were made to feel very uncomfortable that we even brought up the fact we were overcharged. What we brought the truck in for was not fixed due to us being told parts were unavailable yet we went to another dealer who initially didn’t have the parts either but got them in 1 day and fixed our problem for over $1000 less than we were quoted by your service dept!!!!!!! We feel what we did get fixed by you was probably a gigantic rip off so we will never bring our car in for service there again. More

They said the part would come on Monday and vehicle would be done Tuesday. I called on Wednesday to follow up and they said they were still waiting for the part. TASCA SHOULD HAVE CALLED ME TO LET ME KNOW. Very unprofessional and poor customer service. I understand things happen and more damage was found after the vehicle was opened up, but no one communicated that to me and that is your fault. These errors cost me extra money in rental fees. More
