It is a work truck and maybe they didn’t think it needed to be washed but I like when they do wash it because it saves me the hassle of doing it myself. More
Awful Customer Service This dealership is the worst I have ever visited. My only reason for taking my car here for service is the proximity to my home. Upon arriving, I’ve This dealership is the worst I have ever visited. My only reason for taking my car here for service is the proximity to my home. Upon arriving, I’ve never been greeted by a service advisor in less than 10 minutes. I always end up having to stand around, even when it’s not busy and folks in their offices are just sitting there. Whenever I’ve been told that I would receive a call for an update on my vehicle I NEVER end up receiving a call. I am the one having to do the follow up. On my last visit (Monday, 4/22), I was told I would receive a call. 4 hours later no call, so I called to get an update. Was told by someone that they would call me right back so they could check on my vehicle. An hour later no call so again I had to do the follow up. Turns out they needed to keep my vehicle overnight. I had to call my wife and pull her out of a meeting so that she could pick up my son from daycare. This was the last straw, I’ll never bring my vehicle here for service ever again. In fact, I will tell several of my coworkers who also bring their corporate vehicles here for service (and who also feel the same way about the service) not to bring their vehicles here any longer. I own a Lexus and a Audi vehicle (my Traverse is a company vehicle). I suggest having your service team go spend time in either a Lexus or Audi service department. They would learn how a service department is actually run. Customers are greeted immediately, you receive a call within 1-2 hours with an update on your vehicle and what needs to be done and picking up your vehicle is immediate after paying your bill. Picking up my car at this dealership is another cluster, waiting at times 15 minutes for someone to either bring it out or bring me the keys. Not sure how this dealership is still open quite honestly. This lack of customer service would even dissuade someone from buying a Chevrolet altogether. Not sure I would purchase a Chevy with my own money with this lack of service. How do I rate overall service as 0 stars? More
