Warranty service My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and can’t retrieve text messages verbally. Was told by service consultant this has been a frequent issue and need to wait for GM to provide a solution. I was told to wait for a letter from GM in next few weeks or even months. So my new car has a partially functioning radio and technology. Not happy with this status? More
