Lousy service It would be really helpful that if you call in, that someone actually takes your call instead of placing you on hold for 5 minutes before just hanging It would be really helpful that if you call in, that someone actually takes your call instead of placing you on hold for 5 minutes before just hanging up on you. Then when you do finally get someone on the phone you end up getting transferred around 4 times before being dumped into voicemail. Then after being dumped into voicemail, not getting a call back until 2 days later. Then when you leave the car outside for the person to pick it up after business hours, the keys were not left in it AND you block it in with all cars on all sides. The only reason you even got our business was that's where the tow truck took the car. Thankfully the issue was a warranty issue, but hopefully will never have to deal with this place again. Oh and when your service people call out, tell them to leave a voicemail!!!!! More
It was fine but took more than an hour for a oil change. I feel the service department is congested with parked Corvettes. One lane blocked and one lane with no one to move cars in for service. Horrible experience Worked with them both times. First time they gave away my loaner car. Second time the vehicle died when I picked it up after maintenance and repair a Worked with them both times. Waited too long I bring my car in all the time for an oil change and never have I had to wait so long as I did this time. After 1 hour I was told my car will be read I bring my car in all the time for an oil change and never have I had to wait so long as I did this time. After 1 hour I was told my car will be ready in 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later my car was done and i paid. Then i waited a half hour for someone to bring my car out. They were not busy at all and there was no apology or even acknowledgement. I usually deal with Tom Boyer and have never had a problem but he was not In that day. Next time I will make sure he is there. More

They were supposed to change my wiper blades but did not do that. They also didn’t charge me for it. I didn’t bring it up because at that point I just wanted to leave. That was my last free oil change. I won’t go back. There didn’t seem to be anything wrong with the service itself. More
