As always I got a service loaner was provided so I could drop off my car & pick it up the next day. Very pleased when I bought my car at Stasek & continue to be pleased with the service. Everything was done as promised on time. Tom the service advisor explained what needed to be done, & had the paper work ready at discharge. The price paid for the service was very reasonable. Plus I got to drive home a brand new Chevy Traverse ( only 6 miles) as my loaner. More

I have been coming to Bill Stasek Chevy for 3 years and the service department is very slow. The cars are typically backed up with not enough mechanics. I usually have to wait for 6-8hrs for basic service the service department is very slow. The cars are typically backed up with not enough mechanics.
