Tim Guillette was exceptional in every way possible. I leased my 2020 Colorado with Tim guiding me through the whole process. At the end of my lease, I decided to purchase my truck. Again, Tim guided me through this process. Tim did not have to help me, but he truly made me feel taken care of with every inquiry I had. Tim called me and stayed in touch with me, making sure finance, paperwork, and registration was in order. He went over and above no matter how busy he was- even on his days off! Just like to say how much i appreciated my experience at tasca recently. I have purchased new trucks from them in the past and always felt that i was being taken care of personally and professionally. Due t tasca recently. I have purchased new trucks from them in the past and always felt that i was being taken care of personally and professionally. Due to such severe inventory shortages last year I purchased a very specific truck at another dealership recently as it was the only one available with my specific needs in mind. I am absolutely thrilled with my new truck and all its technology and comfort. When i purchased the truck it was however missing a module and a hood insulator due to supply chain issues and I received a software recall on it. I called tasca as i always felt so comfortable with them and asked alexis if they could handle the recall and as my missing parts came in those as well. She was very helpful. Scheculed an appointment and was met by Tiffany Pendleton at service the day of my appt and was treated with such courtesy and respect I was thrilled. It was such a refreshing experience to feel that sense of old school customer service. Tiffany explained everything i needed to know and showed me to the waiting area which was very comfortable and clean. Thirty minutes later my truck was back and Tiffany explained that one of my missing items was now available and she was ordering the parts and I was rescheduled for next week to have them installed.
