Tasca was a breath of fresh air. Tasca was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. Let me start by saying that I live in CT and Tasca Chevrolet was an 1hr and 10min drive Tasca was a breath of fresh air compared to other dealerships. Let me start by saying that I live in CT and Tasca Chevrolet was an 1hr and 10min drive for us. From the beginning when I called to see if the vehicle was still available, Chis the sales manager answered the phone and was very nice and curtious on the phone. Upon arrival, we were greated by our wonderful Saleswomen Sarah Prak who showed us the vehicle. After deciding that this was a vehicle we would like to buy, the service manager came out and greeted us and was great as well. Now comes the negotiating process between our trade and their vehicle. That was amazing!!!! We had been to other dealerships, and at Tasca the sales and service managers actually came out of their offices and sat with us at the salewomen's desk to negotiate. That means a lot because recently at a dealership in Mystic CT, the sales manager stayed in his office while making decisions, and we never even met him. We told them what we would like for our trade, and quickly agreed upon a price. Wonderful!! After that, we were given a tour of the facility and met the other staff. I went to the dealership pre approved with a great rate, and the finance manager Stacy was able to get me an even lower rate!! I would definitely buy another car here, and I will let my friends and family know as well. More

They made it really easy, from Tim in sales to Stacey in finance, it was very hassle free. Experienced and knowledgeable staff, and they don't make you feel like a "walking dollar sign", they make you feel like a person. I would be happy to go back again. More
Sevice department doesn't know what they are doing Took my Chrysler to have a sensor replaced because engine light was on. Car wouldn't start after being changed so went back. Technician told me a flas Took my Chrysler to have a sensor replaced because engine light was on. Car wouldn't start after being changed so went back. Technician told me a flash tool was necessary to correct the fault code. Drove to Johnston with car bucking all the way to be told they could not fix it that day and had told Tasca that. Drove home and couldn't use my car for a week until an appointment at Imperial in Mendon, Ma. Technician there told me he had never heard of a flash tool being needed, but would check out problem. Turns out when the sensor is replaced it goes hand and hand with another sensor and faults would clear out. Sensor was again changed with the other and car runs fine now. Will never go back to Tasca ( we always did business with Simon which they bought out ) for service or to buy a new vehicle. A lot of angry customers that day not satisfied which contradicts their motto of being satisfied!!!!!! More
