Jay was professional and amazing and kept me informed with the status of my new vehicle and the different options that I had before making any decisions. Upon delivery of my vehicle Eric took added time out of his day to throughly go through all the features that came with my new vehicle. The technology within new vehicles can be over whelming and or confusing if your not used to how to operate it. Eric's knowledge on the vehicle as well the ability to explain how everything works rather then me trying to figure it out on my own was a huge help. This is my second vehicle purchased from TASCA and I would never consider going anywhere else to purchase a vehicle. The car buying experience is fun and your vehicle is top of the line. "You will be satisfied" is a understatement, I couldn't be happier with my experience at TASCA and my new vehicle. Thanks Again ! More

I purchased my first General Motors vehicle in June of 2016 from Kyle and the service and attention I received was second to none. He recognized that I had my 8 & 10 year old with me and did everything he could to accommodate us and make sure we were in and out as quickly as possible. His follow up and delivery on his promises we on point and there was never a question of what I was receiving or when. I have already recommended his services to my friends and family and strongly suggest you head down to see if him if you appreciate an honest, personable and trustworthy auto salesman. Very Good Experience It was our first experience with Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket. Tim Guillette, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. There was no 'high pressure It was our first experience with Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket. Tim Guillette, our salesman was a pleasure to work with. There was no 'high pressure' selling. My husband and I found a used car in the price range we wanted with low mileage and in excellent condition. We had an opportunity to let our mechanic drive look the car over and drive it before we purchased it. Overall wonderful experience. More

Deal sales I felt the deal was good. I had been out earlier in the wk to car max Rodman ford and cerrones. Car maxs cars are over priced. Ford treated me like i I felt the deal was good. I had been out earlier in the wk to car max Rodman ford and cerrones. Car maxs cars are over priced. Ford treated me like i was a stranger and i had bought my previous 2 mustangs from them. I told ford what i was trying to do and they just dropped the ball. Cerrones tried to get me into a car with a check engine light on. The salesman said car had 2 be jumped earlier just a battery issue. The engine was rattling on test drive. The car was a yr older then car i got and had more miles they wanted 12500 i got same car for 10500 at tasca a yr newer less miles 2000 cheaper. Eric was enthusiastic the moment i walked in. He was energetic and very helpful. Jay the manager was a pleasure doing business with. Awesome place. Cerrones was trying to charge 2500 in taxes and 500 in paperwork fees. Car max wanted 3000 in taxes and fees. Ford wanted 2500 in taxes and fees. I paid 380 in taxes and fees at tasca. More

lied to and deceived I purchased a vehicle 7 days ago. Tim the salesman, Jay Johnston the sales manager and I made a deal. I would pay the asking price provided the noisy, I purchased a vehicle 7 days ago. Tim the salesman, Jay Johnston the sales manager and I made a deal. I would pay the asking price provided the noisy, worn fuel pump was replaced, A major frame rattle removed and the tires balanced. I waited a full week for delivery. The fuel pump, rattle and tire balance issues were never addressed. These two Tasca employee's incapable of keeping there word. It would have been so easy to do the repairs and create a happy customer. I live 92 miles away from the dealership and still have these problems with the vehicle. It's very frustrating. The mission statement of this deanship is 70 years of satisfied customers. This is an untrue statement. More
