GM Service at it finest. 1st time customer to forever! 5 plus stars! Service with honesty and a willing to care about the customer is rare. It's been found here at Taska. No matter the issue or what you need Carl goes above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of. My 15 duramax had some concerns. He got me right in. Parts ordered. Explained everything. Routine maintenance...never did I worry or have to call to check up. I am not local but the service is worth my drive! And will recommend to anyone. This is hard to find. More

Stellar I got my first ever car and drove it home today! Bob was easy to work with, had a great knowledge of the car. He had me call him to let him know I got home safely, which goes above and beyond what I would expect from even a stranger on the street, let alone someone I just drove around with for 20 minutes. We sent a general inquiry for a 2017 convertible Camaro SS which led to plenty of responses. However, for us, customer service, trust & "connecting" go much farther than pushy salespeople. After a less than stellar experience at a dealer close to home, we were connected with Jack Clagg at Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket. From the moment we met him, we felt comfortable. Jack listened to our needs, connected easily with both of us and most importantly. did not push us into anything we did not want or need. Instead, Jack made sure that we received everything we were looking for and went out of his way to make sure the process was smooth, quick & super pleasant. Chris & I average at least 1 new car a year. Jack Clagg & Tasca Chevrolet have absolutely earned our business. He is well worth the one hour ride! More
Complete bad experience This car was purchased about a month ago and i am looking to resell it and get something else!!The car is not at all what it was advertised to be; Car This car was purchased about a month ago and i am looking to resell it and get something else!!The car is not at all what it was advertised to be; Car bluetooth didn't work at the time of purchase, ABS light comes on shortly after purchase (less than 2 weeks) along with the service traction control light, the brakes made this loud clicking noise everytime i drove it on the highway,and i was really worried for my safety. It took 2-3 weeks to get someone to even look at the car to determine what the exact problem was and even after a full 24 hour "service", i arrive home and the abs/traction lights come right back on, so apparently nothing was done to the car. I made it clear to the dealers that i am willing to let the bluetooth problem go, but it is important that the car is safe for the road but obviously my concerns were not taken seriously as nothing was done for me. Currently thinking of trading the car in at a better car dealer for something better and more reliable. More
