Wonderful experience I came in on Saturday March 10th 2018. I was looking for a Jeep Patriot I saw online. Great buying experience and great follow through Erik was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When it came time to financing Erik ran by every request by his mana Erik was a pleasure to deal with. He was very knowledgeable and not pushy at all. When it came time to financing Erik ran by every request by his manager unfortunately the price never changed but at least Erik addressed our requests. We ordered running boards, mud flaps, and bed liner for truck. Erik made sure to order all parts and kept great communication through the whole process. Erik was off on the day we needed to pick up truck and he had Jose Burgos help with a flawless pick up. Service also did a great job installing all ordered parts for free. The only thing that I feel could of been better would be the technology end. Final paperwork could of lined up better, copier copied really black, and emails weren't going through for insurance.
