High Praise for Service Dept I live in Somerset, Ma.. I was visiting my 84 year old mother, who lives in Lincoln, RI, this Christmas Eve morning. My mother's 2004 Chevy Malibu I live in Somerset, Ma.. I was visiting my 84 year old mother, who lives in Lincoln, RI, this Christmas Eve morning. My mother's 2004 Chevy Malibu was very low on windshield cleaning fluid so I refilled the container as directed by the owners manual. Once done I was not able to get the hood to close completely. There appeared to be a problem with the hood latch. I drove the vehicle to Tasca Chevrolet in Woonsocket RI. The two service employees Mr Don Edinger and Mr Mike Masse assisted us and were "GREAT". They figured out the problem and fixed it. This was a great relief to me knowing that my mother would not have to worry while driving her Malibu. Tasca Chevrolet should be very proud of these employees who took the time and provided excellent service on this busy day. Could you please thank these gentlemen again for me. Quick and fast Went in to service because I had what I considered a vibration when driving. I spoke with Don and he got a tech to go for a ride with me. In no time the tech said it was the torque converter. To find out there was a recall because of the oil used in the torque converter. The next day I brought it in to have the oil changed in the torque converter and also a regular oil change. All I can say is great job by everyone and a big thank you to Don for getting things done quick and easy. More
