My car was having issues starting. It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,00 It would start however it didn’t sound right when it was starting. I was given a quote for a new battery for over $300.00. My car has less than 30,000 miles and under 3 years old. I was then told that I had to pay out of pocket because my car was not giving any codes my factory warranty would not cover the replacement battery. Yet despite no codes I was informed my the service department that my battery is about to fail. They told me when my battery finally dies they will replace it if it’s within the factory warranty requirements. This is unacceptable. Being told that I need a new battery and it’s about fail with a quote for a new one only to be told that they won’t replace it until it completely dies and I am left stuck somewhere. When you pay over $40,000 for a new car and there something wrong with a battery and told it’s about to die the dealership should have replaced it for me. I don’t think I will purchase another car or recommend Tasca to anyone. More
