I brought my car in for service the other day, and as soon as I entered the bay Mr. Nitti approached me with a smile. Usually I would wait a few minutes in other dealerships. I was very disappointed with Stasek. I understand you have a business to run but they were very stubborn. The salesman was also a touch unprofessional. We went in to look at a car that took them almost a have a business to run but they were very stubborn. The salesman was also a touch unprofessional. We went in to look at a car that took them almost an hour to FIND than when they did it was in the shop so there was no way to test drive it. They claim they work with '30 different banks' yet they had no room to budge on the prices. There prices were reasonable until you get to closing the deal than they expect you to tag on an additional $1000 because of the 'bank'. My boyfriend was also a little put off by the fact that the salesman called to see if we were coming in, I did not answer so he left a message and THAN he texted me...without my permission. Thats unprofessional. We were treated like they were doing us a favor, it was overall a terrible experience and the more I asked around people who have went to them the more I found out that my story was a common occurance over there. I will never go back to Stasek and no one I know will either. More

I was visiting relatives in Illinois when my car's alternator gave out. Stasek Chevrolet was the first place I went to. They were booked solid for three days. My sister asked if they could fit me in since I could not leave the car. Apparently, a mechanic skipped lunch to fix my car. They even washed the car and had the A/C running so the car was cool when I got it. My brother in law just got his Lexus back and commented that the service department even sets the correct time on the car's clock. I was surprised to see the correct time set on my car's clock. That never happens with my Chevrolet dealer back home. Thank you, Stasek Chevrolet. More
