Peter Hueser contacted us via email and set up a visit and appointment for us hassle free. Upon arrival were met by Stacey Hall who had the vehicles ready for show and test drive. After a small and short haggle process we finalized our deal with Stacey and took delivery on our newly used 2015 Equinox. Stacey made the rest of the process smooth and easy and very understandable with all the tech stuff our vehicle came with, even paired our phones and set up On Star quickly for us. The staff at Bill Stasek was friendly and helpful and the dealership was clean and up to date. We will be making the longer drive for basic service and complimentary car washes on our Equinox. Hard to find a dealership like this now awadays but think we have found one for our future car purchases. More

Everyone I dealt with made us feel that it wasn't just about this deal/selling a car, but more so ensuring I had the right car, the right deal and a comfortable experience. They made it clear that it just wasn't about this experience. The Stasek team was more concerned about the next opportunity and subsequent opportunities thereafter. We immediately met with the Manager, Kevin, who spent time with us and made us comfortable. He then turned us over to Stacey Hall who was a great, energetic, and sales-oriented individual. Stacey made the process easy, helping us get the trade dollars we needed to keep the overall deal favorable. In the end, it only took about 45 minutes to get to our price point, and Stacey was instrumental in helping us achieve the proper trade balance, new car cost, along with the low, low, APR. Bought New Silverado 2500 HD I felt the staff was very friendly. I was actually sitting in another dealership when I ran into a gentleman named Jake Verhagen. I hadn't ever boug I felt the staff was very friendly. I was actually sitting in another dealership when I ran into a gentleman named Jake Verhagen. I hadn't ever bought a truck before, and was kind of flying blind on my exact needs. He educated me about it, and steered me to Stasek Chevy, specifically Mark Wasserman, as he had bought several trucks from him in the past. I contacted Mark the next day, as I didn't find what I wanted at the first dealership, and he was very helpful and friendly on the phone, so I made an appointment to come see him. Unfortunately, his 10:00 appointment didn't show up until 11:00, which was my appointment, so he asked if I would mind if he gave me to another salesman (Stacey). It turned out Stacey was very knowledgeable, friendly and excited to work with me. The most fun I had though was working with Shelly Downs. We hit it off right away and had a lot of fun with what would otherwise have been the "boring paperwork" part of the sale. As a result of all of their efforts, I now own my first truck ever...or at least I will in 72 months! More
