slow process for a cash buy I was a little disappointed in how things were handled last night when we got there. No paperwork was ready, it took over 2 hours for a cash buy, no one went through the car, options/features, setting up radio, bluetooth, etc. I figured after driving 2 1/2 hours to get there things would’ve went smoother and maybe a little more professionally. I was told they would help with paperwork for putting our plates on it which we were told point blankly “no we don’t do that, you’re own your own.” More

Service consultation Transparency. I came with estimate from another repair shop, which was questionable. My consultant was knowledgeable about vintage Chevy vehicles, the Transparency. My consultant was knowledgeable about vintage Chevy vehicles, their service manufacturer recommendation and business conduct in another repair shops. One of services on AAA and vintage CHEVY repair shop recommendation list was oil change. Today I find in a stearing wheel function for oil life 50%. What about other recommendation like front end and/or transmission fluid. Who is wrong ??? Who is right ??? With my previous Chevy Blazer I was dealing with endless SERVICE ENGINE SOON light which was popping up after any repair. I came in search of service records, since I bought vintage Chevy SUV from your dealership. Who is wrong ??? Who is right ??? Is my Chevy a lemon ??? I am confused. At least there is no SERVICE ENGINE SOON light yet after your dealership inspection. More
