Made appointment understanding it would take all day. Reserved loaner car. Arrived and was told that parts were not available and would be ordered after evaluation of vehicle. Told it would be 7 - 10 days to get parts. Two days later received call that parts were in and we should schedule the appointment. Terrible experience buying from out-of-state Terrible experience buying a CPO Bolt from Bill Stasek. I found the car on Carfax and started the process on a Tuesday. I asked to see the build she Terrible experience buying a CPO Bolt from Bill Stasek. I found the car on Carfax and started the process on a Tuesday. I asked to see the build sheet or window sticker and was told to look at the dealer website for an accurate description. After placing a deposit on the car over the phone, I took a bus and an Uber on Friday and arrived at 2:30. There were several issues with the transaction that the dealership chose to not resolve. 1. The price listed on the car was lowered between Tuesday and Friday. I paid the higher price, 2. The dealer description of the car was wrong. It showed the car as having memory seats and a nav system. It has neither. No consideration was made for this mis-representation. 3. This CPO car had one key fob. That fact was not disclosed over the phone. I discovered it after arriving at the dealership. The dealership refused to include a second key fob. 4. The voluntary form for binding arbitration is not voluntary. I was told they would not sell the car if I did not sign it. 5. I paid cash for the car. The title paperwork arrived to my house. 8 calendar days after the original promise date. 6. The fees charged for the dealership to perform the title paperwork were excessive, which is why i paid cash for the car. 7. It took 6 hours in the dealership to buy a car after prior phone calls and text messages to make the arrangements. I would absolutely NOT recommend this dealership. Terrible experience. More
