Warranty service My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and My radio is not working properly. All presets disappeared, can’t set presets, function on steering wheel for tuning radio station stopped working and can’t retrieve text messages verbally. Was told by service consultant this has been a frequent issue and need to wait for GM to provide a solution. I was told to wait for a letter from GM in next few weeks or even months. So my new car has a partially functioning radio and technology. Not happy with this status? More

PDR Repair I took my car in to see why my newly purchased car’s PDR wasn’t working. I brought the car in on a Thursday at the end of the day. I called Friday as I took my car in to see why my newly purchased car’s PDR wasn’t working. I brought the car in on a Thursday at the end of the day. I called Friday as I didn’t hear anything and wanted so see what they found wrong. My car wasn’t looked at until Saturday as they were booked up. I was called to get an update on my car Monday and informed a part was ordered and should arrive Tuesday. I was told my car should be ready for pickup around noon on Tuesday. I never got a call saying my car was fixed or given an update Tuesday. I called Wednesday and no one could give me an update on my car the whole day. Thursday I was finally told that the part that was ordered didn’t fix my problem and a different part needed to be ordered. I was told again my car should be ready tomorrow (Friday) by noon. I get called around 6:30pm saying my car is fixed and ready to pick up. I was at a wedding at the time I was called which I really wanted to drive my car for this special occasion which I couldn’t. I picked up my car early Saturday and when I picked up my car it wasn’t washed. I dropped off my car clean and my car rolled up dirtier than when I dropped it off. I asked to have it washed and they washed it for me. My car was indeed fixed thankfully and was clean again. I would have loved to given this 5 stars but couldn’t for 2 reasons. First I would have liked to have gotten more updates on my car instead of me having to ask for them. I feel as though since things weren’t going well they were reluctant to give me the bad news. I would have rather gotten the bad news opposed to no news at all. I also expect a washed car after service especially if I drop off a clean car. Had I gotten updates good or bad and my car washed upon pickup I’d rate my service a 5. It wouldn’t have bothered me that the original fix didn’t work while it’s still at service. It’s about the end result, being informed, and a clean car. More
