A bit of frustration! Overall service is very good. I was confused about the quote given for my tires. Service to unlock radio I was told by customer service agent that the job would be a 1/2 or hour charge depending on process. I went outside and watched my truck go in and o I was told by customer service agent that the job would be a 1/2 or hour charge depending on process. I went outside and watched my truck go in and out of the garage in 10 mins for the service. When my truck was ready (2 hours later), the agent says it was a one hour labor process. I commented that I watched the truck go in and out in 10 minutes and the response was to cut $15 from the charge. Go to any other Chevy dealer—-don’t go to Stacek Chevy More
