I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle at Stasek Chevrolet in Wheeling IL. My experience first began with Sale Consultant Mike Malloy. In our initial meeting, I informed Mike that I was only in the prospecting phase and would not be making any immediate purchasing decisions. Mike completely understood and allowed me to feel more comfortable in this stressful yet exciting time. Mike was also flexible with my time constraints and catered to my time frame. Upon my departure, Mike crunched the numbers and we discussed some options when I returned later that day. I made a second appointment with Mike Malloy to test drive another vehicle, but appointment overlapped with his current customer. This is where the gears changed and I was introduced to another Sales Consultant… Stacey Hall. I was not sure if the transition from Mike to Stacey would be fluid, fore I just established a rapport with Mike. Sure enough, Stacey stepped up to the plate and actually completed the sale. Stacey was professional, yet incorporated humor and assurance in my Stasek Chevrolet experience. Stacey explained everything and comforted me when some of the process was taking a bit longer than anticipated. He has passion in his profession and believes in what he is representing. Ripp off dealer I was visiting family on Thanksgiving weekend in Buffalo Grove when my oil pressure light went off. Since I was from Michigan, I didn't want to take a I was visiting family on Thanksgiving weekend in Buffalo Grove when my oil pressure light went off. Since I was from Michigan, I didn't want to take a chance and drive my suburban home like that. I called my own dealer who told me that I need a sensor replaced and it will cost about $250.00.. I took it to Stasek chevy and they charged me $450.00. When I asked why is the price difference so high compared to my chevy dealer they said that this is their price ..My dealer estimated 1 hr of work while these guys took 3 hrs to replace a sensor ... So for $100.00 part they charged $380.00 labor. If you're from out of town don't stop here get a towntruck to take your car home Its a lot cheaper then these crooks. I cant believe they took advantage of a family from out of town .Everyone got deals on Black Friday I feel like I got robbed. More
