Waited too long I bring my car in all the time for an oil change and never have I had to wait so long as I did this time. After 1 hour I was told my car will be read I bring my car in all the time for an oil change and never have I had to wait so long as I did this time. After 1 hour I was told my car will be ready in 10-15 minutes. 45 minutes later my car was done and i paid. Then i waited a half hour for someone to bring my car out. They were not busy at all and there was no apology or even acknowledgement. I usually deal with Tom Boyer and have never had a problem but he was not In that day. Next time I will make sure he is there. More
