Slow, but not the department's fault Our van was at Stasek for about a week. The GMC strike was the hindrance. The service department had a very difficult time getting the appropriate parts because of that. There were a few parts that were not available, so we'll have to come back in for more service. Just got back from a 1,400 mile trip and the van ran great, so the guys did a great job, working with the parts that they had. Many thanks as always. More

Do i have to wait much longer. Also, when i ask to speak to Ben, on two seperate occasions it took them 20 minutes to locate him for me. I have always bought ny Chevy Dump trucks from anither deAler ut thought i would give your dealer a chance but from what i have experienced the last 2 weeks i’ll be going back to Castle Chevy for allmy future purchases. I have purchased5 new dump trucks inthe past from them and dpent alot of money. Please let me know when my part will come in so i can bring my van in for the mounting of my spare tire. Thank you! Brake Replacement 2011 Silverado This dealer use to be a place you could go to for quick, professional service by knowledgeable staff. Something has changed. This was by far the worst customer service experience of my life. I was repeatedly lied to while being fed what I wanted to hear. I called early in the AM and spoke to someone in the service department. I told them I was in a hurry and needed to get my rear brake pads changed but would only come in if someone was available to work on it right away otherwise I would come later when I had more time. She spoke to Tom the manager and they said to bring it right in and when I get there ask for Tom he will take care of me. So I raced in and asked for Tom but he was too busy to help me. Someone else that didn’t care at all about my sense of urgency helped me. After telling him I just needed rear brake pads replaced I sat in the waiting area. 1.5 hours went by and I was starting to panic as I had a meeting to get to and brake pads shouldn’t take this long. I walked out and saw my truck sitting there wheels off with no one around. I asked my service tech what was going on he ran around looking for answers and returned with a guilty look on his face. He said they can’t change your pads because your calipers are seized. Ok.... why am I just hearing about this? He didn’t have a good answer. He then said it would take 3-4 hours to do the calipers. I didn’t have time when it was all said and done I wasted 2 hours of my life and literally nothing was done. Then I get a bill for close to $200 it was a diagnostic fee I’m told. Diagnostic? I told you to change the pads end of story. They said they would apply that to my bill when I get the calipers replaced so I didn’t complain too much. I then asked my service text after questioning that charge how much beyond the money I just paid is this brake job going to cost me to complete. He said he would call back and when he did he said it would cost me $600 something to compete. The next morning I dropped off the truck and the job was completed and I was given a $1200 bill. There’s a zero % chance I get this job done at this dealer for $1400 if I was told the honest pricing up front. When I questioned the tech he said that was for parts only. Why would I call and ask how much this is going to cost and I’m looking for the parts only price? This is disgusting and no way to treat your customers. More
Service was fine till they made a mess of my clean car! Satisfactory service took 45 minutes then they parked my clean car next to the automatic car wash area. Screwed I won't recommend this dealership to anyone after what I had experienced and gone through I bought a GM certified vehicle thinking the dealership went I won't recommend this dealership to anyone after what I had experienced and gone through I bought a GM certified vehicle thinking the dealership went through and done there 150 point inspection on it and they showed it that they did do it well they DID NOT do I and hid so many things on the vehicle they lied about doing the GM certified check and when I asked for a copy of it they wanted me to pay for the copy of it the vehicle was missing tools to change a tire and then they wanted me to buy my own and they told me the GM certified stated they were in the vehicle I found out they were missing when I asked where they were located at from the salesperson who sold the vehicle and then they ran a credit check without our consent and they said they changed the oil but didn't they just put up a new sticker and the vehicle needed brakes I smelled brakes real bad after a week and pulled the front tires off and found that the tabs on the brake pads were bent out so they wouldn't scrap to alert you needed brakes yes I know it was a used vehicle but have I said it was GM certified and once I called them on the missing tools they said well you signed a paper stating AS IS NO WARRANTY I said like xxxx I did this vehicle had around 27,000 miles on it still has factory warranty and the salesperson states I remember when this vehicle came in we only did a tire rotation and put it on the lot and this is after they had my money in there account after I have been complaining for weeks and trying to get things fixed and the managers as just as bad all I can say is if you plan on buying from Bill Stasek dealership DON'T DO IT I also took to a dealership near me and they went through the vehicle and it needed brakes all around rotors and pads and they said it looked like the oil hasn't been changed for a long time and I still had 70% left from when Bill Stasek said they done it More

Consistently over the top sales and service I have been a Bill Stasek Chevrolet customer since 1987 when I purchased my first new car there and my father purchased many cars there before me. I have been so impressed with there Sales, Parts and Service ever since. Their business office, back office and cashiers are great as well. I was so impressed with the whole operation that I even worked there for five years. This last Service visit had many more than its share of no-fault speed bumps that took nine days for an oil change and to clear two dashboard warning lights but, again these delays were no fault of Bill Stasek Chevrolet. AND, I had the free use of a beautiful brand new 2020 Chevrolet Equinox crossover for the entire nine days. So, everything turned out okay on this bumpy Service visit. More
