I called ahead to make check that the car I was interested in was there. They offered to pick me up from the train station to get to the dealership. To my surprise, when I arrived at the dealership, the actual car I wanted was there! Representatives for other Hyundai dealerships I visited previously lied in response to such a simple question. Jim Pelka clearly explained all features of the vehicle and was able to answer all my questions satisfactorily. I was not pressured at all. I was offered the car for a fair price upfront. The staff was great, friendly and straight-forward. A couple months after purchasing the vehicle (purchased November 2010), I had a few questions about the car and called Jim Pelka. Again, he answered my questions satisfactorily. I did not expect to be a happy customer while purchasing a car, but Jim Pelka and the rest of the staff at Hyundai of White Plains made the entire experience pleasant. More

Jim Pelka, the salesman who took care of me was great - we went for the test drive, he explained everything in detail. He was not pushy, honest when I had a question and it was just a over-all pleasant experience. The car was spotless when I picked it up. I purchase the Accent on 10/14/10 and got $1500 taken off the prize so I bought it. Everyone there were friendly and I was very happy, that is until I got home and looked at the sales slip. A five was change the prize so I bought it. Everyone there were friendly and I was very happy, that is until I got home and looked at the sales slip. A five was changed to an eight so I lost $300 dollars. Now I am not going to go crazy for $300 but will never recommend this dealer and for what I can see is a pratice with all the Hyundai's in New York. I like the car but do not like feeling I was robbed. If you do decide to buy a car here look at sales slip carefully.Felisha Santory. More

I have read reviews of Giuffre Hyundai and am shocked that Hyundai would allow such a dealership to hurt its reputation. I went to Hyundai of White Plains owned by the same people that own the next do that Hyundai would allow such a dealership to hurt its reputation. I went to Hyundai of White Plains owned by the same people that own the next door Chrysler Dodge Jeep dealer. I bought a Hyundai Sonata (new 2010 that was cheap because the 2011 had come out) at an incredible price. They had advertised it on the web as a special for $1,000 less than they showed in their computers--it may have been a mistake. But they honored the price and basically I paid over $1,000 less than the invoice minus the promotional deal Hyundai was also offering -- 1500 or 2500 off. I just want to say that they were very honest and professional and I would recommend them without hesitation. Bargain hard and give them the last chance to beat your best price and you'll be happy. More
