My husband and I came in to the Hyundai store to purchase a vehicle for our daughter. We had a nice experience with our salesman, but it soon turned horrible upon meeting Alan Zhu the business manager. My hu a vehicle for our daughter. We had a nice experience with our salesman, but it soon turned horrible upon meeting Alan Zhu the business manager. My husband is an accountant and understands numbers. When we sat down we were shown the contract and as Alan tried to rudely rush us through signing my husband had found out he had drastically reduced the price of the vehicle and added thousands of dollars in “warranties” we had never agreed upon or even been offered. When he pointed this out to Alan he became extremely aggressive with us. At one point telling my husband he didn’t know what we were talking about and asking him who was he to question him. Had to get the manager involved to have the over $3000 in products removed from the contract and original selling price re instated. This took an hour of Alan staring at us in a crazy manner and he started slamming his keyboard, and literally almost ripping up the original paper work which luckily my husband took pictures of. After signing for the original deal we were offered we left with the vehicle shaken up. Spoke to a friend of ours who owns a car dealership and found out this practice is actually illegal. We called the next day to speak to the owner Jonathan Grant and was not put through to his voicemail but put through to Alan himself who again rudely told us we didn’t know what we were talking about and to be happy we were given original deal. Well this is not good customer service. Cursing at us because you got caught adding things we did not buy is illegal and immoral. I hope the owner of this dealership reads this review and looks into Alan’s work because if my husband had not known the selling price of the vehicle we would have been gotten by him to the tune of over $3000. Shame on you Alan. In these times to try and take advantage of customers is down right wrong. More

We had purchased our first Hyundai Sonata from White Plains Hyundai in 2013 and found it to be the just the car that fit our needs. . We had looked around and was not satisfied with other similar v Plains Hyundai in 2013 and found it to be the just the car that fit our needs. . We had looked around and was not satisfied with other similar vehicles which didn't size up to our needs or quality.. We had our first Hyundai serviced and the quality at Central Ave Hyundai was so that it was only natural to continue to go back to Central Ave. We met our sales person De"Shaun Jefferson and "clicked with him immediately". He was cordial and could answer all our questions, which were quite a bit. We decided to keep the 2017 Sonata and and we moved out of the lease and now are the 'proud" owners two Sonatas . There is no doubt that when we look for another vehicle Central Ave Hyundai we will be at the front door. More

Errol introduced himself, we sat down went over my options and reviewed the 2020 Tucson. I saw a 2020 Kona in the showroom and asked him about it. We ended up taking test drives in both the Tucson and Kona. After some more review, I decided on the Kona. Errol was courteous, friendly, accommodating, easy to talk to and willing to work with me.
