I was especially impressed with the preparation of the Sonata I selected, the way everything was transferred from the vehicle I traded, and the care exercised in showing me all aspects of operating my new vehicle. The service department is excellent. Nick was very pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was t pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was taken right in. I was told the service to the car would be ready about 1:00pm. At 12:45 the service was complete including a free car wash. The dealership is the friendly place starting with the salesman right to the service department. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! More

I had an awesome experience at White Plains Hyundai with a great group of guys. I was helped out in every way by Jim and Tony. Jim explained and went over everything with me about the car, service, and gene a great group of guys. I was helped out in every way by Jim and Tony. Jim explained and went over everything with me about the car, service, and general questions I had. He was always kind and thoughtful. It was as if I was his only customer and he treated me with such respect and generosity. He even picked me up from my job to bring me to the dealership the day I picked up the car. Tony was also excellent. He helped me out and helped me understand the pricing and deals that Hyundai was offering. He also was a genuine guy and was very helpful and kind throughout the entire process. Rick was also a great help. He was very kind as well and seemed to be very caring about each and every customer he was dealing with. Jim, Tony, and Rick were all excellent and I will undoubtedly refer anyone to White Plains Hyundai for great cars, but most of all for great guys like Jim, Tony, and Rick. More
This is our 3rd Hyundai vehicle purchase. We went back to the dealership who sold us the first 2 but the gentleman who greeted us was quite rude, so we left. I researched dealerships on line and although Hyundai of White Plains is 65 miles away, we were willing to travel because of their reputation. Jim Pelka was a pleasure to deal with as was Tony Fenelli. They offered us the best deal possible without having to haggle. We love our Sonata and will recommend Hyundai of White Plains to everyone we talk to. Thanks Jim and Tony! More

I carefully researched all the Hyundai dealers in the New York City area and Hyundai of White Plains had the best consumer ratings and I had already visited another Hyundai dealer a little closer to my home York City area and Hyundai of White Plains had the best consumer ratings and I had already visited another Hyundai dealer a little closer to my home where I walked out after being given the typical hurry up and wait and high pressure tactics. So after that experience and based upon my research I visited Hyundai of White Plains to discuss purchasing a 2011 Elantra. There was no sales pressure and my salesman Jim Pelka and the sales manager Tony were both at all times very upfront and straightforward and professional. I told them I had a buying service price and Tony gave me one price that, given the short supply of the Elantra, I deemed to be very fair (it was close to the buying service price). No one tried to force me to do anything. They were very low key and professional and I feel they were being honest with me. I chose a gray car and Tony found it at another dealer in a week. Tony arranged to have me picked up from my home to take delivery of the car and the driver was right on time and very pleasant. When he dropped me off at the dealership I was apprehensive that there would be pressure from the finance person Jamie but it simply didn't happen. He was businesslike and again there was no pressure about anything. The car was waiting for me beautifully prepped out and they had the financial paperwork to the penny and all the DMV paperwork completed. Tony conducted the pre-delivery walk around for me as Jim was not in. The only little problem was that Tony asked another salesman to set up the bluetooth for me and he rushed through it requiring me to figure out how to complete the process on my own. Subsequent to my taking delivery of the car Jim Pelka has been quick to respond to a few email questions that I've sent him and I feel that he is committed to customer satisfaction. More

He was extremely patient both in time and in answering questions, very informative in both relative and comparitive terms, and of great assistance when determining what I did --and did not -- need. His customer service mentatlity was off the charts, as was his thoroughness when walking me through the features of the car the day I took posession. Jamie Burton was open minded and fair when it came to neogotiating the final deal. Rick Correa couldn't have been nicer when going through the final paperwork and related processes. by the end of the deal, I felt like I was part of the family. I would highly recommend White Plains Hyundai. More
