I had visited another dealership before going to this one, and didn't expect much. The dealership itself is small, and unimpressive both from the outside and inside. I went in to to look for a new Elantara and no one would even take the time to greet or approach us when we went in April 2011. Probably thought that we were not going to buy when they looked at us. If you're trying to lease your car from them, beware, as these"good deals" that they will offer, are actually not as good. No matter what you want to buy, they will try to steer you into buying w these"good deals" that they will offer, are actually not as good. No matter what you want to buy, they will try to steer you into buying what they have available. Once you buy a car from them, you will not get as much help after the sale as you were getting at the time of sale. Prices, sometimes get jacked up, if a person wants to lease a car they would try to give them 5-year lease(crazy), would try selling you a car of a cheaper trim with all the possible options, but not the one customer is interested in(makes prices higher and options useless), and finally playing around with fees at the time of doing paperwork(discounts and rebates could be easily added somewhere else) and no promises would be recognised. Service department is good on the other hand. I would not buy from them, but service there. More

I did a lot of research and test-drove a wide array of different cars. The overall experience can be overwhelming and time consuming; however, I learned a lot about automobiles and the overall car market. In the end, I I purchased the car I wanted, in the color I wanted and at a price that was very fair. My thanks to the Hyundai dealership for making it happen. Paul Suschinsky is a terrific salesman to work with because he is very professional, honest and isn't pushy. If he doesn't know the answer he'll find out; he always gave me a straightforward answer, which is how it should be. Moreover, Paul would always return my calls or emails in a timely manner. As a consumer it helps to know what you’re looking for, however, Paul and the staff made the experience a very pleasant one. The Sales Manager was also terrific to work with; he helped out when Paul was wrapping up with another customer. In fact the entire staff was very respectful and professional. My Dad and I took a test drive in a new Santa Fe with Phil on June 19th. Phil had a great trip planned for us which included both city and highway driving. Phil knows Hyundais inside and out. We traded in my 03 Jeep Liberty and I feel I received a very fair price for it. Jamie took over the financing part of the transaction and he too really knows his stuff. Everything went very smoothly and by Monday the 20th I was off and running in my new Hyundai. It is a pleasure to drive and was absolutly spotless. Phil took me through the car with a fine tooth comb and showed me how everything works. Who needs an owners manual when you have Phil! He even synched my phone for me. More

I am a "high maintenance" customer and I must say that every question I raised and concern I had was answered and handled competently and fully. I was especially impressed with the preparation of the Sonata I selected, the way everything was transferred from the vehicle I traded, and the care exercised in showing me all aspects of operating my new vehicle. I have already urged a neighbor of mine, who admired my new Sonata, to visit my friends at Hyundai of White Plains. More
The service department is excellent. Nick was very pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was t pleasant to deal with. The service at 30,000 mile was explained to what needed to be done. I arrived @ 10:00 am for my 10:15 am appointment and was taken right in. I was told the service to the car would be ready about 1:00pm. At 12:45 the service was complete including a free car wash. The dealership is the friendly place starting with the salesman right to the service department. KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK!!! More
