No bait-and-switch (first time in my 60+ years), no hassle, no pressure, just customer-friendly from start to finish. When we came to pick up the car, Peter went over the operation of the vehicle in user-friendly language. In fact, it is fair to state that at each juncture, this dealership presented as professional and knowledgeable, and most importantly, easy to work with. I cannot recommend them highly enough.
