This being my first new automobile purchase, i was expecting many of the typical horror stories of pushy sales reps and an unpleasant atmosphere. It was an incredibly easy and pleasant experience and am more than happy with what i walked out with. Highly recommend Hyundai of White Plains. More

Best car-buying experience I've ever had! No pressure, no gimmicks, no eye-gouging, fast, courteous and friendly staff. Arrived at the dealership around 9:45am, and was on my way home in my new car by 12: no gimmicks, no eye-gouging, fast, courteous and friendly staff. Arrived at the dealership around 9:45am, and was on my way home in my new car by 12:45pm! (Note, I called the day before, talked price and submitted a credit approval form from my house before stepping foot in the dealership - that helped). I had a couple of special requests (asked them to remove the rear badge and sunroof wind deflector) and they didn't bat an eye, and didn't charge me extra. Vince answered every question I had before I even walked in the door. Tony had me approved for credit the night before I visited them. Last, but not least, Jim was really helpful in showing me the car, answering all my questions, and giving me the "tour" of the features in my new car. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! I drove an hour to buy from them, and would drive two or three hours for the same experience! More

I had a very smooth process for leasing my new Sonata. I never felt pressured or had to go through the awkward haggle over the purchase price or my trade in price. I went to the dealership several weeks ago, was given a "lay of the land" from Jim about the various models of Sonata, etc, recieved some rough numbers on my trade in (very fair) and what a lease would look like from Tony (also very nice). I was able to leave without the hard sale. I went out from there to do more due diligence on other brands, and decided to go with the sonata limited. Honestly, I came back to buy it from Hyundai of White Plains because of the people there, their professionalism, and how I was treated. Delivery process was as promised, and I was very impressed by the time and care taken to review all the agreements/docs I was signing so I understood everything. Jim then spent time with me going over every aspect of the car, and helped me program everything. I had no questions as I drove off. He even helped me move some bags from my trade in, and tracked it down a few days later to get my gps that I left in it by mistake! Would buy/lease another car from this dealership and I would send people there to see Jim in a heartbeat. More

Had to fly in from St.Louis to pick up car. Peter picked me up from LaGuardia airport and was the most friendly salesperson I ever met. Phil contacted me regularly to gauge interest in the SUV I was purchas me up from LaGuardia airport and was the most friendly salesperson I ever met. Phil contacted me regularly to gauge interest in the SUV I was purchasing and convinced me it was the best deal out there. No regrets whatsoever when I saw this "baby" once I got there. It was worth every mile of my almost 16-hour drive back thru NJ, PA, OH, IN, IL. Got a full tank of gas to go; priceless!!! Thank you guys! More

We had gone to several dealerships that weekend. No one was as accommodating as White Plains Hyundai. Jim even offered to pick us up at White Plains Nissan, where we were returning our previously leased Al was as accommodating as White Plains Hyundai.
