I just leased a new Genesis V6 sedan from HYUNDAI OF WHITE PLAINS and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience,,,,the salesman, Nunno, assisted by Jim Pelka, arranged 2 test drives with the V8 WHITE PLAINS and was extremely satisfied with the whole experience,,,,the salesman, Nunno, assisted by Jim Pelka, arranged 2 test drives with the V8 and then the V6. I also had a trade in of a Cadillac which Phil Giorgio took care of and came up with a very fair appraisal. The car itself is amazing, but the dealership team including Tony Finelli, the Lease Manager went out of there way to arrive at a great deal. I was very pleased with the customer service of the sales people at White Plains Hyundai. I had been to several other dealerships in the area in search of a specific style of Veloster . I knew basically what people at White Plains Hyundai. I had been to several other dealerships in the area in search of a specific style of Veloster . I knew basically what to expect , as far as price and deal that I could manage , just had trouble with the availability of my particular color and package . While most of the dealerships didn't seem as willing or able to find my car , Tony and Jim were able to arrange a trade when I told them that "my" car was at a different dealership. It's true that I could have gotten the car at that very dealership. However, I felt that they were deceptive with the deal we had worked out on a prior visit and changed the numbers greatly when I drove over an hour to make the purchase . Because Tony and Jim were very straightforward and went out of their way to get me the specific car I wanted , I felt they deserved my business . It's not always about the location and price that wins a customer , but how they are treated . I love the car and would recommend White Plains Hyundai to others for this reason . He did an outstanding job of greeting us as soon as we got there, he knew exactly who my brother was, helping us with getting me into a accent immediately for a test drive, he is extremely knowledgeable of the vehicle, taking my trade-in and the day of pickup was so stress free - car was ready to go and he went over it with me from bumper to bumper inside and out. After making my decision to buy the Veloster, his tutorial involving all the manuals (quick reference guide, etc)and the workings of the car itself (the motor, oil stick, etc) were fantastic and informative. Tony Finelli eased my nerves when discussing the price and credit, etc. He made the whole experience less stressful and actually enjoyable. He was helpful about trying to find the exact car that I wanted regardless if it was on the lot. I will definitely recommend this dealership and Jim and Tony to anyone. Both Jim and the staff at the Dealership were very helpful, not pushy and actually got a better finance rate than we had walking in.
