I was very pleased with my experience at White Plains Hyundai from the moment I walked in until I drove away with my car. I was greeted by Jim Pelka who showed me the car I was interested in. He went over everything with me, explaining all the options on the car. I told him right from the beginning that I was looking, not buying at that moment. What impressed me most was that he was okay with that. He did not try to pressure me into anything. I left without buying the car then but Jim still had a smile on his face. I did return to buy the car and Jim went over everything throughly. Tony Finelli went over all the financial information with me and again was quite friendly and helpful. Overall, it was a great and easy experience. I would recommend this dealership highly. More
Late last year I purchased a new Elantra Limited and was helped by Vince the sales manager who directed me to Inga Merrill to arrange the new car purchase. I had visited quite a few dealerships to research a new car for my family. I found that almost every dealership I visited, from various auto makers, were not very helpful and very pushy to sell a specific car even if it was not the model we wanted to look over and research and take a real look at a certain model. I was completely annoyed and frustrated by the lack of decent salespersons and basic customer service courtesy. However, after all the horrid experiences, we found Hyundai of White Plains and had the greatest and most courteous, friendly, helpful and professional assitance from Inga Merrill and Vince the sales manager. I now tell all my friends and family, when you decide on a hyundai, go to see Inga Merrill and buy a Hyundai, you will find that true commitment to customer service and utterly polite and gracious sales people still exist, though quite rare. I have nothing but positive praise for a great dealership and it's dedicated and professional staff. More
