Dear Kurt, We apologize for the frustrating experience you had with us. Our team prides itself on providing an excellent level of customer service and we are extremely disappointed to learn that your visit to our dealership was such a difficult one. Please know that we have addressed your complaint with all team members involved and upon doing so learned that the vehicle you were interested in seeing was undergoing a safety inspection at the time. It was later determined that this unit did not meet our strict sale requirements and sold to a wholesale vendor. Our pre-owned manager did try to reach out to you by phone prior to your arrival at our facility, but he did not have a correct number on file. Our team failed to communicate all of this internally and once again, we apologize for taking up your time and causing you to have such a frustrating experience here. Once again, we apologize and if there is anything we can do to rectify this matter, please contact our management team directly. The Hyundai of White Plains Sales Team
